Beautiful park, well organized and accessible. If you have difficulty walking, it is best to take a cab (very affordable in the city) from the metro exit, especially in the warmer months. Great for families and children; it is a good idea to bring water and a hat, given the large open areas that allow breathtaking views of the city and harbor. Also worth visiting are the indoor facilities, where-after waiting in line for entry-you can rest for a few minutes. Excellent management and cleanliness. Absolutely a must-see, even on a short vacation.

Parc Güell is a truly fascinating place with a wonderful view of Barcelona that is absolutely worth the visit. Although there were quite a lot of people and it was very hot, the atmosphere remained pleasant thanks to the unique beauty of the park and its architecture. One small note: it would have been helpful to receive a paper map at the entrance to better orient yourself along the routes, in addition to the one visible on the columns at the beginning. Overall, however, it was a very positive experience!

Visiting Casa Batlló feels like stepping into Gaudí’s imagination flowing shapes, shimmering colors, and details that feel alive. Yes, there are a lot of people, but the energy adds to the magic, with people from all over the world sharing the same awe. The audio guide turns each room into a story, and the rooftop, with its dragon-like curves, is pure wonder. More than a building, it’s a living artwork you’ll never forget. Once you visit you feel as though you're a part of history.

Great views, helpful staff and a really memorable experience. Would definitely recommend visiting. Architecture is beautiful and made for great photo opportunities. Maps found throughout the park so easy to navigate round. Booking online beforehand is more affordable and there were plenty of time slots and dates available.

This was a great experience. Tickets were easy to get, the guide was easy to find when you got to the entrance of the park. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the tour. He also made it known that you could leave the tour at any time and experience the park on your own, also you could stay in the park after the tour and explore the park some more. Would recommend this tour, it's a must do in Barcelona.

  • What to bring

    • Wear comfortable walking shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking on uneven paths and multiple stairways.

    • During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

    Accessibility

    • For visitors with mobility problems, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).

    • The tourist coach car park has three places for people with reduced mobility.

    Additional information

    • During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.

    • Note: Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.

    • If you'd like to skip a lot of climbing and stairs, a great option is to take public transport like Bus #24 or grab a taxi. This will get you to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel, which is just a short 100 meters from the bus stop. You'll find the area with the monuments only another 100 meters in, and mostly flat 200-meter stroll!

    • Children under 6 can enter for free, they just need free tickets. For a seamless entry, book their free tickets during checkout.

    • Guests are allowed to bring outside food and water into the venue. However, they must consume it in the designated picnic areas only.

    • The audio guide is available on the Headout app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket, and you can also access them offline. Do bring your own headphones.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

    • Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

    Ticket redemption point

    • Please check your final voucher for the redemption point details and specific instructions.
