The entrance to Park Güell was easy to find, and a very nice lady scanned our tickets. Even though we’d bought tickets for a specific time slot, we were able to enter a little early. There was no line. As part of the package, we also bought a ticket to Casa Batlló, where we didn’t have to be there on the dot either. This place is definitely worth a visit—the interiors and woodwork are beautiful and unique. Both venues have free restrooms.

A wonderful experience in Barcelona—with this combo ticket, we were able to explore the city stress-free, with the option to hop on and off the bus at any stop. Being able to combine the two routes was a real plus. I 100% recommend this tour option. Park Güell was enchanting and offered a wonderful, refreshing break. Our guide was incredibly thorough in explaining the history of the park while keeping it interesting with stories of the people involved. Beautiful, symbolic, and functional - the refrain throughout his presentation was the perfect backdrop for the tour through the park. We really enjoy all that we learned and saw. It's a really beautiful place. The best place in Barcelona. I recommend buying tickets on the museums’ official website. If you pick the wrong date, Headout can’t do anything about it. Plus, it’s more expensive here—about 5 euros. But everything else is fine. I bought my Gaudí ticket here and was able to get in without any problems.

Our tour guide Steven was amazing! The park is beautiful and the stories behind it are so interesting to learn about. The architecture in the park is like no other and Steven was knowledgeable about all of it!

A truly spectacular place! Parc Güell is one of Barcelona’s must-see attractions. Gaudí’s architecture is incredible, with colorful mosaics, unique shapes, and beautiful views of the city. Strolling through its gardens and admiring every detail is a truly unique experience. The park is well-maintained and offers plenty of picturesque spots for taking photos. I highly recommend setting aside plenty of time to explore it at a leisurely pace, as there’s so much to see. A magical place that perfectly embodies Barcelona’s style and creativity. Highly recommended!

Park Güell is one of those parks where you feel completely at one with nature; surrounded by nature and all the artworks in the park, you find yourself immersed in an incredible atmosphere. The park itself is truly fantastic; the only thing is that 24 euros for a place you can walk through in an hour seems a bit excessive to me, but it was worth it and the money was well spent. I’ll definitely go back, and I’ll definitely book through this site.

A wonderful experience, with absolutely incredible architecture, as you can see from the photos! The only downside is the price, which is quite high—especially without a student discount. I also would have liked to see more color, greenery, and flower beds to make the whole place feel even more lively.

Park Güell stands as one of Antoni Gaudí’s most celebrated works, designed in the early 20th century and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This public park showcases Gaudí’s signature style, merging natural forms with vibrant mosaics and innovative structures.

Hypostyle Hall: Explore this columned space, originally intended as a marketplace, featuring 86 Doric columns and a ceiling adorned with colorful mosaic medallions.

Plaça de la Natura (Greek Theater): Visit the park’s central terrace, bordered by a serpentine bench covered in trencadís mosaic, offering sweeping views over Barcelona.

What to bring

Wear comfortable walking shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking on uneven paths and multiple stairways.

During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

Accessibility

For visitors with mobility problems, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).

The tourist coach car park has three places for people with reduced mobility.

Additional information

During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.

Note: Park Güell has three entrances—choose what suits you! Av. del Santuari de Sant Josep de la Muntanya has escalators (though it’s steep), Carretera del Carmel (nº 23) is ideal for coach drop-off, and Carrer d’Olot brings you right into the Monumental Zone.

If you'd like to skip a lot of climbing and stairs, a great option is to take public transport like Bus #24 or grab a taxi. This will get you to the entrance at Carretera del Carmel, which is just a short 100 meters from the bus stop. You'll find the area with the monuments only another 100 meters in, and mostly flat 200-meter stroll!

Children under 6 can enter for free, they just need free tickets. For a seamless entry, book their free tickets during checkout.

Guests are allowed to bring outside food and water into the venue. However, they must consume it in the designated picnic areas only.

The audio guide is available on the Headout app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket, and you can also access them offline. Do bring your own headphones.
