Why You Shouldn’t Miss This

London is one of the most well-established cities in the world, with a history that spans over two millennia. It is home to four World Heritage Sites, numerous museums, cultural institutions, and galleries. Some of the most famous monuments in the world, such as the Buckingham Palace, the Elizabeth Tower, and the towering London Eye are also housed within the world’s largest financial center.

The Parliament Square is a popular tourist attraction. Westminster Abbey, one of the most magnificent Gothic structures in the world and the site of coronation for all English monarchs since William the Conqueror in 1066, and St. Margaret’s Church are two well-known attractions located in the square. The Buckingham Palace is one of the most eye-catching administrative buildings in the world. It is the world’s most expensive piece of real estate, due to its presence in the heart of one of the most expensive cities in the world.

The Stonehenge, located about 90 miles to the west of London is a prehistoric monument, built more than 5,000 years ago. Believed to be a burial ground, the reason for its existence has been disputed. The attraction has been famously depicted in popular media and is one of the most notable landmarks and cultural icons of the United Kingdom.
