We had a fantastic day with our driver, Salar. He planned the perfect route for us — including Chureito Pagoda with beautiful Mt. Fuji views, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko, and Gotemba Outlets — and even suggested a wonderful private boat ride on Kawaguchiko, which became one of our favorite moments of the trip. Salar customized everything to our preferences, recommended a great lunch spot, and was always attentive and patient with our family. The car was spotless and extremely comfortable, which made the full 10-hour trip relaxing and easy. Highly recommend Salar for anyone visiting Mt. Fuji — professional, thoughtful, and a pleasure to travel with.

We just completed a customized private tour of Mount Fuji and Hakone with Afi, and it was amazing! The private vehicle was comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the stunning scenery as Afi shared fascinating insights about the region. Our visit to Mount Fuji's 5th Station was unforgettable, with breathtaking views and plenty of time for photos. In Hakone, the cable car ride was a highlight, with Mount Fuji as a backdrop. Had a nice day seeing the sights around Fuji and Hakone. Our driver Ali was very friendly and able to take us to a few spots that avoided the crowds and allowed for nice pictures. He scheduled things so we avoided most of the traffic going out and back. I recommend leaving a lot of time to explore Hakone and the ropeway stations. There's a lot more to add and do there than I expected.

Seeing Mount Fuji was at the very top of my bucket list for our family trip to Japan, and booking this tour turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. It exceeded every expectation. Our guide and driver, Sarfy, was absolutely incredible. From the moment we started the day, he made the entire experience smooth, relaxed, and unforgettable. He knew exactly where to take us for the most beautiful views of Mount Fuji and helped us avoid the crowds so we could really soak in the moment. Along the way he shared fascinating facts and local insights that made the experience even more meaningful. Sarfy also went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. He patiently waited while we explored shops and scenic areas, happily took photos for our family (and they turned out epic!), and even stopped at a grocery store for us so we could pick up a few things for our hotel. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a thoughtful local friend who truly cared about making our experience special. I cannot recommend this tour and Sarfy enough. His kindness, patience, knowledge, and calm professionalism made this day one that our family of five will remember forever. Thank you, Sarfy. You truly made our Mount Fuji dream come true.
