Sarfy, our guide, was fantastic. He contacted us the night before to confirm pick up time and place. He was punctual and patient. He tailored the tour to our needs and even added a few surprises along the way. He was focused on getting the best out of our day even though the weather was a little cloudy. The transport was very comfortable with plenty of leg room. His van was equipped with phone chargers, portable WiFi. He gave us every opportunity to view Mt Fuji taking us to some beautiful spots. We were lucky enough to have the clouds part revealing Mt Fuji and giving us several great photo opportunities. Thank you so much for an amazing day Sarfy. We will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic day with Malik and Sohail exploring the Mount Fuji area. They took us to everything we wanted to see — Mount Fuji itself, beautiful temples, and the cable cars — and made sure we had time to really enjoy each stop. What really stood out was how nice and flexible they were. We asked them on the day to take us to an outlet as well, which extended the tour by 2–3 hours, and they were completely happy to accommodate without any fuss. The car was comfortable and relaxing, communication throughout was easy, and the whole experience felt unhurried. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend a day around Mount Fuji at their own pace.

Ali Ahmed is a fantastic person . He guided us perfectly during Japan golden week when the crowds were crazy . He is very patient and polite . He will share tit-bits about Japan if u feel like having a conversation . Very clear in his communication (english) and puntual . He will not rush you but understands that u r on a vacation and everone has different choices so he will give advise and options but the choice of what u want to see and how long is yours . Great trip where we could see Mt Fuji on a sunny day in May , great conversations with Ali made the time fly .

“I really liked the idea of visiting Mount Fuji and some of the scenery was beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed taking photos during the trip, and the guide was helpful in some parts of the tour. However, I was disappointed because there was very little explanation about the history, culture, or meaningful aspects of the places we visited. I expected a more informative and guided experience rather than mainly moving quickly from one spot to another. I was also uncomfortable with some of the comments made about women after I mentioned that this trip was our honeymoon. In addition, I did not appreciate discussing political topics related to my region and country during the tour, as I felt it was inappropriate for this kind of experience. Another concern was the driving. At several points, the guide used very sudden and strong brakes, which made us feel unsafe and worried that an accident could happen. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments and the guide was helpful at times, I would not choose to book another tour with the same guide again.”
