My tour was canceled an hour before the scheduled departure time, which made it impossible to reschedule with any travel agency, so I had to get around by subway and train since it was my last day of the trip, and I am waiting for a refund of the amount I paid.

Seeing Mount Fuji was at the very top of my bucket list for our family trip to Japan, and booking this tour turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. It exceeded every expectation. He knew exactly where to take us for the most beautiful views of Mount Fuji and helped us avoid the crowds so we could really soak in the moment. Along the way he shared fascinating facts and local insights that made the experience even more meaningful. Sarfy also went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. He patiently waited while we explored shops and scenic areas, happily took photos for our family (and they turned out epic!), and even stopped at a grocery store for us so we could pick up a few things for our hotel. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a thoughtful local friend who truly cared about making our experience special. I cannot recommend this tour and Sarfy enough. His kindness, patience, knowledge, and calm professionalism made this day one that our family of five will remember forever. Thank you, Sarfy. You truly made our Mount Fuji dream come true.

Ali was our driver and guide. He was very professional in managing the entire trip. Optimized the tour as per our requests and took us to nice places while covering both Fuji and Hakone. Overall trip was great. Unfortunately, we chose a day that was bit cloudy but while returning Ali managed to get us the view of majestic Mount Fuji. That was highlight of the trip. Hakone Ropeway trip was also super.

Ali is an extremely attentive guide who helped us make the most of our day around Mount Fuji. We couldn't have had such a fulfilling day on our own. He took great care of the children and gave us excellent advice while catering to our wishes. I highly recommend this private tour!
