The departure point for all cruises is Stadhouderskade 501 (opposite the Hard Rock Cafe).

A maximum of three wheelchairs can be accommodated on board at the same time.

Wheelchair-accessible boats depart from the Blue Boat pier at Stadhouderskade 501 (across from the Hard Rock Cafe).
