Loved the experience, except for the part of getting the skates and getting a locker, that whole process is just crazy due to the amount of people! And there was no network inside I was lucky to see worker who helped me connecting to the wifi, as it's the only way to get the locker working, to pay for it... etc!

The most thrilling part of my adventure was honestly the staff. They were so nice and helpful even after closing the rink at 9, they weren't in a rush to kick people out! Also loved the view while skating and the rink is pretty big!! Would definitely recommend

We loved skating in Central Park - wonderful views, not too crowded! The only things I would change would be PLEASE sharpen the rental skates...it's more dangerous to have people sliding around on butter knives than it would be to just SHARPEN the skates even a little bit. The other would be that they didn't have Christmas music playing and we were there the day before Christmas Eve so that was a little surprising. Otherwise is was a wonderful experience and we had a lovely time :)

I really enjoyed my 1st experience ice skating. Doing it in Central Park was a dream come true. Reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were just too many people when you 1st go in to get your skates. There was no where to sit to change into my skates as well as no lockers left to store my items. Also, as a 1st timer, I would of loved some sort of support like they gave for the kids. Not sure what they are called, but the cages that supported them while they skated.

Easy to buy tickets with HeadOut. Do not spend hundreds on Rockefeller Center when Wollman's is much better and a third of the price. Get the earliest entry possible, the first hour is not very crowded. Fast and easy access to skates and locker (which you can open and close many times). Food and drinks available. Lovely atmosphere. The kids skated for over 2 hours and I got to enjoy a hot coffee watching them.
