Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. This was a pleasant experience as everyone was just so welcoming. What I didnt expect was to be absolutely blown away from the first light installation. Collectively, my husband and young teen and I in unison said "praise be to God" - we were utterly blown away in awe. I cant begin to convey what a wonderful and magical experience this was. I would go again the next time I am in the country. I highly recommend to anyone to go. Absolutely awesome inspiring.

A fantastic experience, so imaginative. However I wished I had done the adult only experience as it was chaotic with children running/jumping popping balloons, a lot of parents NOT parenting! Loved the tea room, suggest that the staff manage noisy chatting people to keep it a quiet zone, inconsiderate chatting adults spoilt the experience for me. That aside It was beautifully done. Great value for money too.

Visiting Time Lab – Phenomena was genuinely one of the most beautiful and grounding experiences I’ve had in a long time. It felt like stepping into a calm, timeless space where creativity, mindfulness, and emotion gently meet. The experience beautifully blended meditation with art, allowing me to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t even realise I needed. The live, interactive moments — especially the ones where we were invited to touch and play with water — brought back a deep sense of childlike wonder. Painting and colouring in such a peaceful environment awakened a sense of inner calm and joy — something pure, simple, and deeply healing. My overall experience at teamLab Phenomena was really good, especially the Floating Microcosms. It was amazing to see how the floating forms reacted to touch with light and sound, making the whole space feel alive and interactive. It’s not something you experience often, very artistic, immersive, and memorable. Floating Microcosms was definitely the highlight for me and made the visit truly special.

Amazing experince for kids and adults alike Many art exhibitions to see, especially the balloons, sphere and water art exhibitions I had made a mistake and arrived on a later date, tickets expired! However, Mr Alfarsi was superhelpful and manager to sort the issue and get us new tickets immediately

The water activity because it was interactive I like the balloons because it looked cool . Also the graphite room was very colourful and was also pretty fun to go in.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Mondays to Thursdays from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm. Last entry for guests under 18 years is 4:30pm.

Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. However, you’ll need to select a time slot before your visit. Instructions on how to do this will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.
