This is my second visit to the Aquarium and we thoroughly enjoyed the interactive and informative journey.
However I do wish to highlight an issue with the tickets purchased online.
We had purchased 3 tickets priced at AED160/- that included the aquarium and glass boat package. On arrival we were informed that we were each booked for the AED140/- package and would need to pay an additional AED50/- per person to upgrade.
Thankfully an alert staff / supervisor intervened when she observed I was rather unhappy and quickly reissued the correct tickets ensuring we had a pleasant evening.
