I was looking forward to visiting Team Lab phenomenon but it was more fun than I had imagined. This incredible place will not disappoint. Each room Is full of surprises and whimsy and charm and so much wonder. Children will love it and adults will feel like children again. It's a wonderful way to escape the heat. Afterwards we had a tea and cake at the Japanese cafe upstairs and at sunset time we took a stroll toward the Louvre. The best way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

I have long since passed my childhood and have seen many different attractions and shows around the world. I remember my amazement at how adults instantly rejuvenate and the sheer joy of children visiting famous amusement parks in Paris, Singapore and Los Angeles. TeamLab is a vibrant, original and relaxing attraction for everyone. Here you can get rid of stress, recharge and at least for a while relive your happy childhood. It is located next to the Louvre, 15-20 minutes by taxi from the cruise port and the World Trade Center. We recommend it.

Visiting Time Lab – Phenomena was genuinely one of the most beautiful and grounding experiences I’ve had in a long time. It felt like stepping into a calm, timeless space where creativity, mindfulness, and emotion gently meet. The experience beautifully blended meditation with art, allowing me to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t even realise I needed. The live, interactive moments — especially the ones where we were invited to touch and play with water — brought back a deep sense of childlike wonder. It felt innocent, soothing, and incredibly comforting, as if I was reconnecting with a younger, freer version of myself. Painting and colouring in such a peaceful environment awakened a sense of inner calm and joy — something pure, simple, and deeply healing. The atmosphere was thoughtfully designed, from the lighting and music to the overall energy of the space. Everything encouraged presence and self-expression without pressure or judgement. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel even more safe and nurturing. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed — only calm, centred, and creatively free. What made the experience truly special was how it gently guided me back to my inner child and reminded me that creation doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. What to bring

Valid photo ID: Especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

Booking confirmation/ticket: Printed or digital, recommended to book online in advance.

Comfortable attire: Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes. High heels are not allowed. Some exhibits involve water, so consider clothes you can fold up to your knees or bring a change of attire for children.

Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).

Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Mondays to Thursdays from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm. Last entry for guests under 18 years is 4:30pm.

Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. However, you’ll need to select a time slot before your visit. Instructions on how to do this will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.
