The experience was fabulous, the only thing is that now I am having trouble contacting you, because I have been charged twice and I don't know how to cancel it, I would appreciate if you could contact me, not by a machine but with a person to explain me what I can do to cancel one of the fees that I have been charged because they changed the time of the visit I think I have spent twice the payment especially in my account is reflected and I have already sent you an email and I have not had any response, greetings and please contact me.

The guide was one of the best of the whole tour I booked the ticket in English because there were no more reservations in Spanish available and the guide even though the tour was in English knew that we did not speak English. We toured the stadium from top to bottom and got on the sideline and the Real Madrid players seating area. We saw the dressing room, the training area, and stadium layout.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, and on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

If you choose the upgrade, keep in mind that the tour will be monolingual—make sure you choose a tour in the right language!

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
