I am 71 years old and have been a Real Madrid fan since I was 12. I was also a representative member of the 20th-Century Real Madrid Club from 1969 to 1979, and I attended numerous games at the “old Chamarín.” I hadn’t seen the new stadium before, so I visited it with my 6-year-old grandson. It was a truly impressive and enjoyable experience to see how a stadium that was once a marvel in its own right has been transformed into an impressive structure, worthy of the club, and fully representative of the club in the 21st century and beyond. I can’t single out any one specific thing, but on an emotional level, being inside the stadium—the locker room, the tunnel leading to the field, and the players’ bench—filled me with pride as a supporter and fan of this club. Thank you.

Stepping into the Bernabéu with my five year old was unforgettable. Seeing his eyes light up in the locker room and imagining the players he adores walking those halls really gave me chills. The stadium tour is super family friendly and for a young kid who loves football, it’s pure magic. One of those dad and son moments I’ll never forget.

The Estadio Santiago Bernabeu tour was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I attended the English language tour on 10/8 with Osvan as my tour guide. He was very knowledgable about all things Real Madrid and the club graciously granted access to most parts of the stadium, including trophy rooms, dressing rooms, press sections, and pitch level. As a fan of football this is a must for anyone in the Madrid area and cannot recommend enough! Thanks to Osvan and all at Real Madrid for a spectacular experience. Hala Madrid!

The tour of Bernabeu Stadium was well organised with ushers and staff at every point directing visitors through each step of the rich history of Real Madrid Football Club. Wax museum, with very lifelike figures, where we could see the history and the artists; the Bernabéu—a great place for soccer fans—a sacred temple of Europe’s greatest club, where the 15 Champions League trophies of the most successful team are on display; a very high-tech stadium.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, and on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

If you choose the upgrade, keep in mind that the tour will be monolingual—make sure you choose a tour in the right language!

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
