Wonderful experience but a little more details on the meeting point would've been great. There were two meeting points (Heineken experience plus canal cruise) if only they specified meeting point one for the experience and meeting point to for the canal. Otherwise it was a great experience

The museum is very well organized. They tell you about the history, the brewing process, explain the silos in that first brewery, and finally show you what the brand is today with an immersive experience. The guide is only in English, but he is very friendly and has great energy that is contagious.

The boat cruised through the canals, giving us an idea of the city's history and important landmarks. It was warm, and the guide explained the landmarks we were passing in English, but the information I received at the boarding point in front of Heineken was incomplete, and I almost missed the tour.

My highlight of memorable moment is definitely Heineken experience tour. I can enjoy heinken historical story as well as cyber graphic movies. To say more detail of cyber graphic movies, Flashing the numerous green dazzle lights make atmosphere more exciting and music like a club one are so groovy. I want to visit Heineken experience once more. I trully recommend it for people who will plan to travel to Amsterdam.

The brewery was great! The people were excited, proud and informative. They made it a fun experience. The beer does taste the best from there. The boat ride - customer service wasn't as good. Not your fault but we were stuck on a boat with a lot of kids who were not very disciplined. The actual ride was nice and informative. Too many tables crammed in and made it not very comfortable.

Heineken Experience + Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Your Heineken Experience ticket has a fixed timeslot chosen during booking. You must enter the museum exactly at this specific time. Your voucher needs to be scanned at the Heineken Experience entrance first. Your canal cruise ticket is an open ticket, meaning no timeslot is pre-allocated. You must redeem your open ticket inside one of the Gray Line Amsterdam/Blue Boat Company ticket offices to be assigned a timeslot for the cruise. Once redeemed, you can board the next available boat at either of the two docks listed below:

Dock 1: Opposite Hard Rock Cafe (Stadhouderskade 501). Take tram 1, 2, 5, 11, or 12 and stop at Leidseplein. The dock is a 2-min walk from there.

Dock 2: Opposite Heineken Experience (Stadhouderskade 550). Take tram 2, 5, or 12 and stop at Rijksmuseum (5-min walk) or take Metro 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht (2-min walk).

Heineken Experience

This experience includes alcoholic beverages. Availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry a valid ID. Drink responsibly.

For safety reasons, guests under the age of 18 will not be served alcoholic drinks.

Facilities: lockers, cloakroom, and restroom.

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Most boats have a roof that closes fully and have central heating on board. So even if it is cold outside, you will be warm inside the boat. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather.

If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date.
