My son wanted to come here for the Star Wars connection and we were suitably impressed with the grand entrance stairs. The Palace and Gardens were awesome. We paid a couple of euros each for a little bus to take us to the top of the gardens where there was the English garden and another cafe. You got the full impression of the Palace from there. It would have been very hot to walk. You could hire a bike or go on a golf buggy. Really enjoyed our day out.

The quality of the comments on the audio, and the autonomy. But at first I didn't know if we were part of a group, and we didn't see anyone from your organization, even though you mention that you need your ID card to check in. But in the end we found our way around and that was good.Marzia

Bought tickets hastily without scouring the internet. However audio guide good, easy and quick despite the flood of things to see. I recommend downloading it first, because there is little phone reception at the palace and you risk doing the first part in the dark like we did because the download didn't go. The skip-the-line is not needed; you enter staggered.

Fantastic interior of the castle, ticket was okay, but could have been bought directly on site as it was not very busy in the morning. Unfortunately no indication of the possibility to explore the huge (!!!) garden - there were various minibuses and bicycles on site. All in all, no online booking necessary for September. The tour itself was a wonderful experience, but you have to be a good walker.Marco

As for the tickets, everything was fine, while we had problems with the audio guide. During playback, the app would leave the page where the place I was listening was and return me to the English-language home page. It was very convenient but for this inconvenience I did not give an excellent review.
