I am a great lover of history, so having the opportunity to visit the Museum was an indescribable experience. We are talking about a collection of 8 million items from all continents. It is impossible to measure how rich in history this place is. Despite this, I can list my favorite zones, which are the Greek World of Alexander the Great, the Assyrian zone, Rome, and Ancient Persia.

We really loved the coat check area, the kids' zone, and the interactive activity for them with games and a scavenger hunt. To improve things, they could add more restrooms and make the prices a bit more affordable so you can grab a drink there. But overall, our experience was pretty good.

The museum is exceptional, even if some of the rooms are more akin to a 19th-century cabinet of curiosities. On the other hand, the application sold by headout was of little use to us: it would need to indicate where each choice is MUCH MORE PRECISELY: specifying the floor isn't much use when there are over 60 rooms !!!!

The experience covers everything, I realy like how easy entrance and all the conveniences like restrooms, coats drop off and cafes inside. The map is well atructured, but be coutios to not miss some rooms due to various stairs going up and down. The exhibition themselves are stunning, for history lovers it's an absolute overstimulation. There many are interesting rooms for those with more leasure approach too. Overall many beautiful pieces, and good audioguide to cover them.

It was quite an eye opener to be able to see so much of the world's best in such as short time. I saw people of different ages, school children groups and heard so many other languages spoken. There is no doubt that I shall return with my family in the future. Canada is only 8 hours away and i stayed at a hotel which is under 10 mins of walking distance away.
