The combined ticket was great. The times were right, which was particularly important for us as we had some time to plan our own trip with the tour group on the day of arrival. We were lucky that the weather was fine. Tower Bridge was impressive. The glass panel in particular, which provided a view of the Thames from above, was a highlight for me. It wasn't too crowded, so you had peace and quiet and time to really take it all in. Yes, and what can I say, the Shard was the icing on the cake. A fantastic view at sunset across to the illuminated London. It was a dream. The staff were friendly everywhere. We spent almost 2 hours and couldn't get enough of it. I would come back anytime. Absolutely recommendable.

I highly recommend taking the fast line because it makes a considerable difference in time saved, I took it and in less than 10 minutes I was already inside, I also recommend going at 11am which is when the attraction starts operations. They have order in the lines, it is organized and certainly buy your photo packages adding the digital version, they give you many versions of backgrounds and videos, excellent experience.

The visit was amazing! No need to queue with our entry tickets, we directly got in. We were lucky enough to see the opening of the bridge from the glass platform, wonderful experience ! On the day of our visit, there were two openings of the bridge so we could also see the bridge opening from the outside before entering the engine room. Amazing views on the whole city from the bridge glass platform.

The staff were kind, very informative, and the experience overall was amazing! We went around 12pm and there was no wait time! It wasn't crowded so we could climb stairs and walk at our own pace! The glass floor was stunning to walk across and see the cars driving underneath you on the bridge! I would highly recommend

Our prepaid tickets allowed us to skip the long queue and we were welcomed up to the bridge's walkway where we enjoyed the splendid views along the river. The engine room workings and historical facts about the bridge were very interesting as well. A great hour or so spent here. Thank you.

The London Eye was great. The Thames River cruise was overpriced for a short ride and then having to walk back. Should have been a round trip not a one way . No seats on top, dirty windows on the lower. We got on at the London Eye pier so it was a very short ride.
