The castle was a lot of fun with beautiful views. The que at the North Terrace was very long. It was too cold and windy to leave visitors standing outside for more than an hour, but we stood there anyway. Photography was forbidden in the castle. That was a big disappointment. We would have appreciated more information from Headout as we have never traveled by rail.

The guide wasn't very friendly; his English was hard to understand, and he made us get off the bus far from the starting point without any explanation. On the other hand, the bus was very comfortable and the tickets worked perfectly.

One very important detail: you’re asking people to meet at Paddington Station at 8:50 a.m., even though they can’t make it
