Hi, me and my girl had an amazing time on the SUMMIT one Vanderbilt experience. It was my first time in New York and the first time going to an attraction like this one. We did a long line that tooks us up in the skyes and since we pass through the door we got amaze by the views and how everithing looked. The timeframe for all activities was very generous and the fact tha we could decide when to keep going was perfect to really get the view and the experience. The only not that great was the room of ballons due to there being way to many people at the same time and kids kiking the ballons. But appart from that all the view and the pictures they took for us was extremely great and a pleasant experience.

The Edge (EOD) is fantastic! unlike other sky scrappers in New York, The Edge offers an open air access to the scenic citysacape. So, you not only just SEE the city, but FEEL it too! Its unique position assures maximum city skyline and view of the nearby river too. Almost all important landmarks of NEw York are visible from EOD, marking all the boxes...checked!. It was a fan moment for me when I saw the 'New Yorker' building from the EOD, making it easy for me to go their. I had done some research before chosing EOD. Other similar attractions in the city are behind the glasses and indoor in nature. Whereas, EOD's open air ambience gallery makes it stand out. Will come again!

Visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt was an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience! From the moment you step in, the journey is incredibly immersive, combining breathtaking views of the New York skyline with stunning architectural and mirrored installations. It truly feels like walking through a work of art suspended in the sky. The views of iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building are unparalleled. This is definitely one of the most unique observation decks I have ever visited and is well worth the ticket price. The experience was what we expected once we got inside. We did not expect to stand in line for 2 hours just to get to Summit One and then wait in line again to get back down...we stood in line for over 3 hours for an experience that should have taken 2 hours total. The employee, Maria, was extremely rude when explaining that there was a long line to return to the ground floor. She let some people cut the line to get down the elevators and not others. It was very frustrating.

Summit One is beautiful and has great photo ops...however, the experience was less enjoyable than it should have been due to the staff running the venue...they're EXTREMELY bossy and rude...they were so controlling that I was in a bad mood before I got through the event. I would not pay to go there again and wouldn't recommend it to others either. There are other observation places in NYC that would hopefully treat you better.

I loved the time entry. Allowed us to enjoy it without crowds and get pictures. I could have stayed at the edge all day it was so peaceful going in the morning. The vessel was very fun to climb and see the different vantage points. When I went we were limited to one side of the vessel only but I didn't mind.

We arrived a bit early went straight in. The line wasn't that long and we moved fast. The lifts are brilliant and the platform takes your breath away. All the staff were brilliant and I would highly recommend it to anyone, infs t I already have. It's a must if you visit New York. Paul corker England
