A truly atmospheric and relaxing experience: the cruise allows one to see many of the city's major points of interest, which are even more fascinating in the evening, illuminated. The boat was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Only advice: it pays to arrive early, because the turnout is high and you may end up at the back of the line, with the possibility of having to sit inside instead of on the outside deck. Attention must also be paid to some sneaky people trying to jump the queue. The audio guide app, which is useful for following explanations during the tour, would need some improvement. Overall, however, it is a wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.

I booked the combo ticket for my trip in Sept. The Parliament guided tour was excellent. It's conducted in small batches and you get audio guides which provide detailed explanations in multiple languages. The building from the inside is absolutely stunning - it looks more like a palace. Would highly recommend taking this tour, which has to be prebooked due to limited seats. The Gellert bath was ok, as in the bath, sauna and pool facilities were fine but felt no different unless someone specifically tells you it is thermal water. The locker rooms and shower area was quite clumsy to be honest, although to be expected from a place that is so frequently visited by thousands of people.

The Gellert terms were the first I visited during my stay in Budapest in August 2025. The premises are sumptuous, the day was very pleasant and everything is thought out so that you lack nothing and enjoy the moment 100% (catering, refreshments, indoor and outdoor areas, ...). As for the Headout experience, I wasn't familiar with the platform, so I was a bit dubious, but it was perfect: simple & fast! I selected the option that suited me (1 entry with private cabin), paid from the platform and received instant confirmation. All I had to do was show up on the day and enjoy!

You have to leave 1 hour before if you want to get on top of the boat because otherwise you run out of room and you have to go downstairs, which is very hot because the air conditioning is very strong.we went without a stroller because it said so in the instructions at the entrance and when we arrived everyone was with their strollers, even people with wheelchairs. The boat broke down, after 1 hour waiting in line and they gave you the option of refunding your money or relocating you. We had more days and were able to reschedule, but some people missed it. The next day we obviously took our trolley, there are some stairs to get on the boat but you can take it perfectly.

A 1-hour Danube river tour at sunset for a very good price. You see the main monuments on the banks of the Danube illuminated. Option to go under cover seated, or standing outside. The audio guide does not always switch on automatically when you are at the appropriate monument, and there could be outdoor seating for comfort. The indoor seating is quite uncomfortable as well.

It was so relaxing and warm! However, finding a working locker was an experience. Negotaitthe mae of corridors difficult and slippery without footwear. There was a stag party wearing hats shaped as beer steins in one of the pools and no guidance or help anywhere. Definitely in need of improvement

The ride was nice at 17:30, but we would have preferred 19:00. When ordering, only the 17:30 time slot was offered as bookable. When we came back from the ride at 18:30 we saw that tickets were still being sold for the 19:00 tour. That is dubious of you!

The crowning glory of a Budapest day. Booking at short notice was no problem and everything went like clockwork. Despite many visitors, we left on time. You have to see Budapest like this in the evening...magnificent!
