I had a pleasant experience. I made the reservation 3–4 days before the activity date. Although I booked the tour with pickup scheduled to start at 7:00 a.m., we were informed one day in advance that we would be picked up at 5:40 a.m. This was not an inconvenient change; in fact, by 7:15 a.m. we were already at security, entering among the first groups. We didn’t have to wait in any lines, and when we reached the bus we received our entry tickets right away. We had an English-speaking guide, as booked, and although there were several people in the group, we could hear quite well thanks to the headsets. Expect not to spend a lot of time in each room/at each stop, as there will be other groups waiting behind, but we were not rushed in an unpleasant way. We were also taken by bus to Birkenau, which is about 6 km from Auschwitz, and the visit there was just as worthwhile. Be prepared for very cold weather during this period, especially since about half of the tour takes place outdoors. By 12:30 p.m., we were already back in Krakow. There are restrooms at the entrance to both Auschwitz and Birkenau, as well as a few places where you can buy water or a quick snack.

I enjoyed the Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with the fast-track tickets and transfer options, as everything was well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. The transportation was convenient, the timing was well managed, and the overall experience met my expectations. The only slight downside was the museum-assigned guide, whose guiding style did not fully resonate with me; however, this was clearly not the organizer’s fault, as the guide is provided directly by the museum. Overall, it was a meaningful and well-arranged visit, and I appreciated the professionalism of the organizers.

We booked for 7 am, but they picked us up at 5:40 am, which was great. There was no queue, the timing was perfect, and the English guide was very nice and well-prepared. Everything was excellent. We will recommend this experience to everyone! Don't be afraid to start very early in the morning, especially during busy periods (such as 2nd January). It was a very emotional and cultural trip. Everyone should do it at least once in their life.

I booked this tour with Headout due in part to the positive reviews. The tour in fact was excellent, well organized and with pickup from the meeting point at the time indicated in the reservation. No big wait, well paced times with even small useful breaks for coffee. The only note is that it was difficult to find the right van because no license plate or anything else is given in the confirmation email.

The tour was well organized, we had the shuttle from Krakow that took us to Aushwits camp 1 and then the transfer to Birkenau was also included. We were shown a documentary video during the trip which was very interesting. When we arrived there a guide welcomed us and explained smdettagliatanebte what there was to know.
