These tickets, which I feared would be a rip-off, turned my vacation around. I highly recommend purchasing the Colosseum tickets with access to the Arena because they allow you to visit many secondary museums within the Colosseum archaeological park.

Despite purchasing tickets in advance, we still had to wait around 10 minutes at the Colosseum and around 20 minutes at the Roman Forum. The audio guide is very confusing to use. Next time, I would prefer a guided tour.

The visit to the Colosseum was impressive. Unfortunately, the use of audiovisual equipment was disappointing. It was unclear which text corresponded to which viewpoint in the Colosseum. The Forum Romanum and the Palatine Hill, on the other hand, were very beautiful.

The access and attraction itself were perfect. I didn't give it 5 stars because the host didn't show up at the meeting point and I had to contact them to find out what was going on. Once I called, they arrived within 5 minutes.

Your tickets are timed so you must enter the Colosseum at the time slot selected at the time of booking.

If you choose an afternoon slot to visit the Colosseum, you will not have sufficient time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill on the same day. Should you wish to conclude your visit on the same day, please plan your visit to the Colosseum accordingly.

Note: Entry to the Colosseum is free on the first Sunday of every month.

For reasons related to the needs of animals, the following departments will close:

REPTILARY: 60 minutes before the park closes

FELINI (lions, lynxes, leopards, tigers): 60 minutes before the park closes

CHIMPANZÉ: 45 minutes before the park closes

GIRAFFES, BEARS, ELEPHANTS, RHINOS: 30 minutes before the park closes
