A hugely impressive experience to experience. Everything was well organized, departure to the minute exactly as indicated at the right place. On the spot everything went as it seemed it should. The guide who was with us did a very good job. She clearly indicated beforehand what you had to comply with and also during the tour, between all the stories, she clearly indicated when pictures could or could not be taken. Furthermore, the transportation was completely fine and there was the possibility to be provided with a packed lunch. All in all a top experience.

The pick-up from a previously communicated meeting point - it is actually advertised as pick-up from the hotel, although the bus is apparently not allowed to drive anywhere in the Old Town - was OK. The tour was very professional, and the guide repeatedly pointed out how personally affected she was because relatives of hers were also in the camp. However, the fact that the bus driver simply threw the group out of the bus in the pouring rain in an area not normally visited by tourists was an imposition.

Booking the tour to Auschwitz was easy. The tour is very well organized and the guide was great. Our tour was supposed to leave at 7 a.m., however, two days before we were notified both by email and message that the departure was earlier than 6 a.m. To make sure we got the info, they asked us to respond to the message. So very thorough. I highly recommend this service.

We were a small group of French people, with an exceptional guide by the name of Anita. The tour was, however, quite demanding.

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply moving and sobering experience. It’s not a “beautiful” place in the conventional sense—nor should it be. It is a place that confronts us with the darkest chapters of human history, and reminds us of the unimaginable suffering endured by millions. Our tour was exceptionally well guided by Magdalena m. Her knowledge, sensitivity, and respectful tone were outstanding throughout the visit. She managed to convey historical facts with clarity while also capturing the emotional weight and human stories behind them. Magdalena struck the perfect balance between education and empathy—never overstepping the line into dramatization, but also never letting the gravity of the place fade. This is not a tour you “enjoy” in the traditional sense. It is a tour you carry with you. Thanks to Magdalena, we left not only informed, but emotionally connected to what we had witnessed. Her guidance made all the difference.

  • Haunting exploration of Auschwitz-Birkenau

Travel comfortably from Krakow in an air-conditioned vehicle to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Museum. Step through the iron gate of KL Auschwitz 1, etched with the deceptive words 'Work Sets You Free', and explore the haunting remnants of the 22 brick barracks that once housed hundreds of thousands of Holocaust victims.

    A glimpse into the unthinkable

Here, you will be led to block 11, notoriously known as 'the prison within the prison', home to brutal torture chambers and initial extermination attempts using Zyklon B. The tour continues to KL Auschwitz 2 Birkenau, where over 1 million lives were lost. This engaging, expert-guided tour, available in the language of your preference, concludes with a reflective visit to the Memorial, where you can pay your respects to the victims of this horrific genocide.

    Customizable experience

Enhance your experience with an optional inclusion of a lunchbox. For a more personal experience, a private English-guided tour is available, offering an intimate and insightful journey into Europe's history—perfect for history lovers and curious visitors alike.
