The tour is nice, but the stop in Bampton lasts very little, barely 40 minutes, which is barely enough time to take a few pictures of the Downton Abbey movie sets and enter the little shop. A real shame, since that was my first interest. The 'appointment at Victoria Station is not crystal clear, as I was waiting at the Welcome Desk as written, but our guide was already at the gate. Kevin was excellent, helpful and friendly, about his professionalism, nothing to say. The building was in Christmas attire. I had not purchased a ticket for entry, but thanks to the Christmas market and the open areas of the palace, I still managed to spend 2 interesting hours. If not for the problem on arrival at Victoria station and the very little time in Bampton, I would have given it 5 stars.

Not only was the guide knowledgeable and pleasant, but she was also helpful and kind. Needless to say that the bus driver in turn was hilarious. They both made my experience unique. Claps Claps Claps.

The meeting point on the app says welcome desk of Victoria Coach Station and even the image below points to a spot outside the station. However, the meeting point is at GATE 1 INSIDE THE VICTORIA COACH STATION. Also, the gates close before 2 minutes of departure. This information is nowhere given in the application. The tour doesn't even call to check with the passengers. Hence, I ended up missing the bus and had a difficult time. The tour itself was good and adequate.
