CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5We had a wonderful experience visiting Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The timed-entry tickets made the visit smooth and stress-free, with minimal waiting time. Pitti Palace is stunning, filled with beautiful art, grand rooms, and fascinating history. The Boboli Gardens were equally impressive—peaceful, well-maintained, and offering breathtaking views of Florence. Walking through the gardens felt like stepping into a living masterpiece. Everything was well organized, and the visit was definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!AAlicia M
SoloVerified bookingLast week4/5It was very easy to get in with the electronic ticket. The audio guide’s explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. The palace is very large, and sometimes it’s hard to tell which way to go based on the audio guide’s instructions. I wasn’t able to enter the royal apartments because, even though admission was free, I had to pick up another ticket, and that hadn’t been made clear beforehand. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!HHartmut R
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Everything went great. I was a little confused at first because the tickets were only attached as a PDF, but that’s just how the city of Florence handles ticket management; scanning the QR code was still no problem, though. The audio guide was very detailed and entertaining—unlike the one at the Palazzo Pitti.JJorge W
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5We went early; there weren't many tourists, so we were able to take our time admiring all the paintings and the palace's beautiful rooms. We weren't able to get into the gardens because the entrances were under maintenance.AArax C
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5We did enjoy Pitti palace , the history , the art, architecture and most of all the the gardens and the view in spite of the restorative construction work going on while visiting.

What to expect
Boboli Gardens
The Boboli Gardens are one of Florence’s most impressive examples of Renaissance landscape design. Spanning terraces, grottos, fountains, and sculpture-lined pathways, the gardens were shaped over centuries under the Medici family. As you walk, you’ll see how art, architecture, and nature were carefully arranged to create a sense of grandeur and harmony.
Features
-
Renaissance landscape design: Explore a vast garden shaped over centuries by the Medici family, where long avenues, manicured lawns, and hidden grottos illustrate the evolution of Italian garden architecture.
-
Art & sculpture in open air: As you walk, you’ll encounter classical statues, ornamental fountains, and landmarks like the Fountain of Neptune and the Egyptian obelisk, transforming the gardens into an open-air museum of history and art.
-
Bardini Gardens and Porcelain Museum: Your visit includes access to these sites, offering panoramic city views and a collection of decorative arts.
-
Upgrades: Pair your visit to Pitti Palace with timed access to the Palatine Gallery for a seamless, art-rich deep dive, or extend it into a 5-day Florence journey with fast-track entry to the Uffizi Gallery and an audio guide that brings the city’s masterpieces to life.
