We had a wonderful experience visiting Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The timed-entry tickets made the visit smooth and stress-free, with minimal waiting time. Everything went great. I was a little confused at first because the tickets were only attached as a PDF, but that’s just how the city of Florence handles ticket management; scanning the QR code was still no problem, though. The audio guide was very detailed and entertaining—unlike the one at the Palazzo Pitti.

We went early; there weren't many tourists, so we were able to take our time admiring all the paintings and the palace's beautiful rooms. We weren't able to get into the gardens because the entrances were under maintenance.

So easy. Downloaded the ticket and didn't have to wait in a long line at the Uffizi. At Palazzo Pritti and Boboli Gardens, they just scanned my ticket and I went right in.

It was very easy to get in with the electronic ticket. The audio guide’s explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. The palace is very large, and sometimes it’s hard to tell which way to go based on the audio guide’s instructions. I wasn’t able to enter the royal apartments because, even though admission was free, I had to pick up another ticket, and that hadn’t been made clear beforehand. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Last entry is one hour before closing.

Occasionally, certain areas may be closed for restoration or maintenance.

Children ages 0–17 can enter free of charge but must still have a reserved ticket.

Audio guides and digital guidebooks are offered in various languages. Headphones are needed to use them.
