Everything was perfect. The digital tickets were excellent and easy to scan at the entry points. You can tour the entire Palazzo Pitti. The Uffizi Gallery is truly beautiful—a must-see during any stay in Florence.

The Palace was great, but the gardens were under renovation. Also, the audio guide only covers the Palatine Gallery; it would be great if it covered everything you can see. Even so, I highly recommend it.

Great experience. The only thing I'd improve is the audio guide. The audio guide for the leaning tower was fantastic but the audio guide for the cathedral, baptistery and cemetery was a little basic

Pitti Palace was very mesmerizing with its location on other side of the river & it's climb up to get there. Boboli Gardens wasn't as expected based on its cost.

The tours of the Uffizi Gallery and the Pitti Palace were fantastic. However, at the time of our visit, the Boboli Gardens were of no interest at all due to the drought and ongoing construction; it was extremely hot, and none of the fountains were running... Too bad.

A beautiful building and an impressive art collection. It was a bit intense because you almost had to walk over people’s heads. Luckily, we’re tall. We really enjoyed the art.

Last entry is one hour before closing.

Occasionally, certain areas may be closed for restoration or maintenance.

Children ages 0–17 can enter free of charge but must still have a reserved ticket.

Audio guides and digital guidebooks are offered in various languages. Headphones are needed to use them.
