I booked at short notice on the eclipse day , staff all pleasant and ensuring safety while viewing the eclipse with regular updates on progress . Great deal on champagne to celebrate the event so had 2 glasses , well it's a lifetime event . The provision of glasses for those who hadn't got them was much appreciated , the view of London and passing air traffic was spectacular too . Won't forget this day

We visited The Shard to celebrate my twins' birthday, as going there had been a dream of theirs for a long time. It was such an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organised. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and clearly explained everything, including how to access the lifts. Once we reached the top, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole visit unforgettable. My twins enjoyed it so much that they even filmed a vlog about their day! It was a truly special birthday experience, and we would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

The delights of history in the Tower of London with a grandchild hungry for history was enthralling. Much to my surprise. Many of the staff put them selves out explaining the nuances of history. The Shard was a different animal. HMs Belfast St. Paul's cathedral. The walkie talkie the station and many more sights on a hot hot day was another historical day with my grandchild. A high 7 day.

Thanks to the scheduled entry time, we didn't have to wait long; the ride in the elevators was quick and hassle-free; the guides were all super nice; and the view of London was fantastic. We were there for sunset—I highly recommend it.

Helpful staff showed us where to go and the views didn't disappoint. We indulged in a glass of champagne on the 72nd floor and even enjoyed the stunning vistas from the loo! A really great morning out.

Everything went well, but the photos weren't really necessary. I couldn't choose which four photo options I wanted myself. The good photos cost extra and aren't cheap. However, admission without photos wasn’t offered on-site either. The view was breathtaking. So it was still worth it even without those photos.
