Absolutely stunning place, the guide (his name was Suat I believe) was professional, knowledgeable and he was speaking in a very interesting manner. He took good care of the group on an extremely crowded day. Sometimes the signal of the receiver was not so great, but overall it was a great experience and it was worth to buy 'skip the line' option. Thank you!

Mr. Ardan (Arhur?) was our tour guide. With his extensive background knowledge, he gave us an entertaining three-hour tour of the entire site. He answered all our questions and took the time to do so. He pointed out particularly interesting spots. There was always plenty of time for photos. Ardan kept an eye on the whole group at all times and adjusted the pace accordingly. Simply perfect in every way. With that in mind, many thanks to Ardan. Note: 1. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. 2. Don’t forget a hat, especially in the summer. 3. Bring something to drink. 4. Very important: go to the restroom beforehand. Three hours can feel long. :)

Funny and clear communication with the tour guide. He showed us around and told us about the history of the place but not very deep detailed. Which is amazing, since you want to go in details with the specific things you want by yourself. The tour was 2.5 hours from start to end. Would really recommend.

The tour was OK. Our guide did a decent job, but the rain unfortunately ruined part of the experience. Topkapi palace is truly impresive and worth a visit - rich in history. However tickets are a bit overpriced for what you get. Overall, a good experience, just a little too expensive.

The whole tour was great! But what made it so amazing was the guide! She really knew her stuff, spoke English that was easy to understand, and had a great sense of humor to boot!

Second guided tour with Headout. While the first one was very good, this one was more average. It was very busy and we started the tour with already half an hour of delay (issues with the headsets and to find all the tour participants). If you ask participants to be there 15 min earlier, you should not start looking then 15 min after the tour has supposedly started. The site was then extremely busy and we had to queue for more than an hour to get in. That's obviously not the guide's fault. However, once inside, we really had the impression that he rushed us through the site. At some moments, we couldn't follow him, so we lost the headset connection and couldn't hear anything. Overall the quality of this connection was poor and the signal was often patchy. That said, the site is really worth a visit but I regret that we had to rush through the harem.

The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, and a great teacher. The tour operator was well-organized, but unfortunately failed to provide digital tickets to the Haren for half the group, causing the guide to end the guided tour at that point. As a result, I didn't have a guided tour for the second half of the visit.

The on-site service was good; the staff were very friendly, and the guide who accompanied us was knowledgeable. The problem is the audio guide, because the explanations don’t match the maps, so it’s not useful; it needs to be checked and corrected, at least for the Italian portion. Since we had chosen the tour specifically for the audio guide, we were disappointed.

I think the guide could have shared more information related to art and architecture. It got very repetive in the haram - concubines, favorites, which seems a bit sensationalist to me. And while it was possible to understand the guide's English, his grammar and pronunciation were far worse than ms y people I have talked to here.

You skip the ticket lines but you cannot skip the security check. The security check can take up to 60 minutes during peak seasons.

This attraction cannot be accessed directly by presenting the digital Pass at the museum. You need to enter with the tour guide.
