This marked our third visit to Splash Mania, and while our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of concerning incidents that gave us pause. Unfortunately, two of my family members sustained injuries, with one suffering cuts on their hand and foot due to encounters with sharp objects. This was an unprecedented occurrence during our visits, and it has raised some safety concerns for us. In response to these incidents, we sought emergency assistance from the helpful housekeeping staff on-site. We also took the opportunity to inform them about the need for corrective measures to ensure the safety of all patrons. It's crucial for us to stress that if we continue to perceive the rides as unsafe, we may reconsider future visits to Splash Mania. In conclusion, while we appreciate the positive aspects of our experience, we hope that Splash Mania takes our feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

The prices for F&B are ridiculous. Just because you have a captive customer doesn't mean you can rip people off. Food quality is poor,yet very expensive. Rides are good. Don't let small measures ruin a good day.

Park is really well laid out so much less time wasted between attractions than other parks. Number of slides was also really good and the two steep drop rides were lots of fun. Our familiy also really appreciated the amount of shade provided.

反映- 1）工作人员不够专业我的Yoga裤子没办法顺利下滑，导致卡在水管内，导致受到惊吓和有恐惧感。跟相关的人员提到，他才回复我说，因为我的裤子的缘故，所以才卡住；前提是为什么当我上去还没开始时，没有提醒或交代我呢？导致我卡在水管内？这是很严重的创伤。 2）收费事项当我们买孩子的门票时，不知道孩子的身高，所以在网上买了小孩的门票。直到当场，量了孩子的身高之后才得知孩子已过了120cm 的体高，当场的费用却收跟现场买票的价钱来补差价 1) The staff is not professional enough My yoga pants couldn't slide down smoothly and got stuck in the water pipe, resulting in shock and fear. I mentioned it to the relevant personnel, and he replied to me that it was stuck because of my pants; the premise is why didn't I remind or explain to me when I went up and didn't start? Causing me to get stuck in a water pipe? This is a serious trauma. 2) Charges When we bought the children's tickets, we didn't know the height of the children, so we bought the children's tickets online. It was only on the spot that after measuring the child’s height, I found out that the child was over 120cm in height, but the on-site fee was charged to make up the difference with the price of the ticket on the spot
