We had a wonderful experience today taking an Uber Boat from Westminster to Tower Pier as part of my son’s first birthday celebration. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our day in London. The journey offered beautiful sightseeing views along the Thames, which made the trip both relaxing and memorable. Traveling by boat was smooth, convenient, and a refreshing change from typical city transport. It also worked perfectly as a comfortable commute back to our hotel. This cruise was excellent! Great value for money and what made it special was the commentary provided by the crew! Very entertaining, full of humour. He spoke clearly and slowly which really helped my Mum (86) who is quite deaf! This made all the difference. Availability of food on board was a little disappointing but this didn't matter too much.

Hi, I don't think it was made clear enough that you could only do one section of the tour, and that to see the whole route, you have to start at either the beginning or the end—because once you've started, you can't go back with that ticket. The audio guide wouldn't load, so several of us ended up not fully understanding everything that was said.

We weren't able to get on the boat during our scheduled time slot; the guide told us another one would leave in 20 minutes, but it took more than 45 minutes before the next boat left.
