Singapore for solo travellers

Ease of booking, great price, I'm not but I was initially turned away from the gate because I needed to redeem my Headout voucher for a ticket at the ticket booth, but maybe I had the pdf tickets downloaded and made a mistake

I loved the observation dek and cloud forest. I also loved the fact that I could take my own time to navigate the options provided. So there was no rush. The staff at the observation dek we very friend that added to the experience. A nice time snd friendly voice goes a long way when you are away from.your home country.

I used it for both days as it was easy to use & took me to places I wanted to see, plus having the ability to get on & off or change buses routes was a plus as it saved me money on public transport as you could keep track of when the next bus would arrive at your stop via the live app.

What I did not like we were not emailed the actual tickets to get entry. You needed wifi to download the app to get the tickets. We had to line up at the event at the ticket office to get advice how to proceed. The events were great.

The show was amazing with the light-effects as well as the different songs from asian countries. The show can be enjoyed from the bridge as well as from the ground (where most of the people just lie down). Overall it was a very nice experience and I also loved the fact that all other tourists and guests are so peaceful with each other. For people who are afraid of heights, better stay on the ground. I tried my best and went up with my fear of heights and was only able to stay a few minutes until I went down again. Unfortunately, I couldn't cross the bridge because you could look down through the metal. Nevertheless, a very nice and relaxed experience that should not be missed.

Learn and at same time recall each time the boat passed through historical points. We were glad that the crews was polite and helpful.

The aquarium was amazing with the 18 million litres of water and the dolphins were really friendly. Some of them were swimming on their backs! Harry Potter: Visions of Magic was amazing too, because it was cool to use your own wand and stuff. Ultra Golf was good, we liked it because we like mini-golf. We liked the course too and it was a nice place to play a round of mini-golf.

I feel so exited to ride luge together with my kids. And it is so great to enjoy the view through cable car. I love it so much. So do the kids. It is a very empressive experience I had.

Incredible and intense rides, went on a Wednesday so pretty less waiting time. Nicely planned queue system for all the rides.

The experience was meeting expectations as per shared. There could have been some memento or small tokens given to kids who completed the ride.

Staff are super friendly. Games/challenges are fun, especially CONQUER. Not as many games/challenges on the use of nerf guns...hope to have more since it's Nerf Experience. Will visit again... hope will have new experiences coming up.

Loved the slow ascent and enjoyed the spectacular views from the revolving deck. Ride operator was great, engaging, interacting and entertaining. Guide also took several pictures for all aboard. Thank you!

wonderful experience.very nice lights n decoration on Xmas . Should take rope jumping rather than rope walking package.That is more fun! Kids had lot of things to do and enjoy.

it is very easy and useful. I just took an extra mobile and added a sim in it and used hotspot to connect from all other devices.

To be at GPF1 was fantastic. I got the ticket 2 days ahead but it's not fear to have it at the last moment. It's stressful because my flight , accomodation was of course booked when I bought the ticket. And what if I don't receive it on time? You know that internet is not secure and many fakes.. For this time thank you but improve your process.

It's very Efficient and Smooth transaction. Since I am a Klook lover maybe soon or later I will change to this third party

The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.

Ticketing experience was great, but the queue at the boarding point was quite long. It took more than 40 minutes to reach car. There could be a better way to manage the queue.

Well it was my daughter's birthday and we got to go to the Harry Potter forbidden forest as a treat, which we knew nothing about before getting to Singapore for our holiday. Everything was so easy from start to finish which made our experience even better. It was a fabulous night. Thank you

It was easy to use and install, and worked perfectly while I was in Sydney for the week. No issues and easy to turn off when we returned to NZ. Would definitely use again.
