The scenery is beautiful and colorful. The park is small, so it's easy to do lots of attractions.
I particularly liked the Transformers attraction and the Mummy Revenge. The park is very suitable for children.
The price of admission to the park remains excessive for the attractions on offer when compared with those in other countries, but it's still worth visiting for the originality of its choice of universal themes.

My main reason to stopover in Singapore was to see the Supertrees - and I wasn't disappointed. The whole gardens were beautifully laid out and thoroughly enjoyed the visit where we also went in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The weather wasn't too good but actually resulted in far fewer people so excellent for our visit ! Easy access on MRT and to Marine Sands hotel and shopping precinct too.

Everything was so clean and tidy. The planting was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling around. Saw a couple of monitor lizards and a family of monkeys which was a bonus!

Staff were very friendly. It was an awesome experience.
As a Singaporean, I have also shared with many others to try this experience. Looking forward to another tour on land and water.
For this Christmas, perhaps it would have been more beautiful with some christmas deco and lighting's to the bus.

i brought 6 of my grandchildren for this Snow City experience. First time for this grandmother.
All of them enjoyed so much bonding mingling throwing ice balls, d cart ride etc etc.
Only i think when all completed, d photo choosing is almost alike a scam. They shd 1st before we choose our hardcopies, explain that if we choose hardcopies. this is how much per pc costs with d foto frame??? & NOT AFTER WE CHOSE, then they said hardcopies costs like this & if we want softcopy it wld costs like this?. AND THEN when we happened to chose odd no fotos, they said can we not put in d albums. WE R GOING TO PAY FOR OUR HARDCOPIES PHOTOS, WHY U WANT TO NOT GIVE US D FRAMES WHICH WE R GOING TO PAY FOR? why want to suggest not to put in d foto frame, shortchange us? U gave us QR code to scan all our fotos, we (7 of us) need your advise & instructions on how to do download our fotos into softcopies. While we r all busy still trying to scan QR code app etc . U told us to move out of d way bcoz we r blocking your counter. I found that rude, as we r ur 1st customers, we were there first & u need to finish servicing & assisting, attending to us first as we r buying d hardcopies & softcopies app .. in fact d counter at that time was not even that crowded. Noticed that photo counter staff tend to whisper to each other when serving attending to us & quite impatient. They need to attend hospitality & customer service course & not rush customers who have bought all their photos & giving u business🙏🏼

While it rained we made use of the zoo tram to see where we wanted to go. The river of wonders river cruise didn't operate due to rain even though it wasn't raining and hadn't for some time. The highlight was feeding the elephants.

I loved the fact that the walkways were under cover
To detract the heat and rain. The pandas were perfect . All the enclosures were superior to what I had seen in most countries . The fume river ride was
So fun and only the ant eater was hiding .
Well worth the journey . Just grab a taxi which takes
You right to the entrance .xx

Easy to book tickets. We had a great time at the park.
We'd visited the previous bird park 2 years ago and loved it. The new park is even better. Very well designed; so many birds to see. The information boards was relevant and useful and there was plenty of cool rest zones.

The aquarium was amazing with the 18 million litres of water and the dolphins were really friendly. Some of them were swimming on their backs!
Harry Potter: Visions of Magic was amazing too, because it was cool to use your own wand and stuff.
Ultra Golf was good, we liked it because we like mini-golf. We liked the course too and it was a nice place to play a round of mini-golf.

We enjoyed every minute at both places. Science Centre was a very interesting and educational experience for my children and even me. We loved our time at snow city, it was unforgettable. Amazing and totally worth it!!

The only drawback is that parents do not get to see a majority of the activities the kids get to do. But once the child comes out it turns over a new leaf.

The aquarium is very nice and have many varieties of underwater fish and animals to see including my favourite hammerhead shark. Have a big fish tank at the middle with seats to sit down and enjoy the scenery.

We managed to get a very good deal. Buy 2 get 1 free. Considering we had 6 persons in the group, turned out extremely economical

Leaving for the Zoo early was a good plan. The weather was cooler and not as busy. The downside is that the eateries were closed, apart from the breakfast buffer which was an optional extra. That was around $47SGD pp.
The River Wonders attraction, which you need to buy separate tickets for, was great. I got to see three of my bucket list mammals, the Giant Panda, a Capybara and a Manatee. The Panda was awesome, they looked so happy, just laid back and munching on bamboo, the Capybara was at the show that you have to pre-book for, the booking option opens two hours prior to each show starting. The Manatees, we're as happy as, just cruising around their habitat. The Singappre Zoo was also a great attraction, it's a huge so plan for the warm weather as you explore. Again, the early morning start means the animals are active and you get to see them all, I'm guessing as the day processes and it gets warmer, the animals may start hiding from the heat. The Singapore Zoo takes great care of their animals, their wellbeing is certainly a priority. The eateries do get full and indoor and there is seating outdoors under cover with fans, it's all part of the experience.
All in all the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders experience was so worth it. The Giant Pandas and Capybara were the highlights and star of the show for sure! The Headout ticketing process was good, but we needed to get online to use their chat bot to confirm the tickets, with one request and as promised the tickets were delivered in 30 minutes. The ticketing could be a smoother process and by a little more quickier. The tickets you get from Headout are not the actual Zoo tickets, you still need to convert them to Zoo tickets with the Zoo staff. Getting to the Zoo via MRT to Khabit MRT stop, head to Wayout A and head towards the bus stops, there should be a sign where the Zoo bus pickup and drop off is. Beware that you will need to pay for the bus ride to the Zoo, it's not a free bus shuttle. The free shuttle sign you see is only when you are transferring between zoo parks. Would recommend the Singapore Zoo and River Wonders with a hooper pass ticket if available, this ensures you can hope between zoos for different shows if you wanted to get the full experience. That means a lot of walking or maybe use the trams that traverse the Zoo at different stops. Have fun!

Fun with trained dolphin and gained some knowledge as well.
Only bad side is photos provided by host lacks quality (as in, we were visible in photos but only tail or fin of dolphin can be seen) and costs huge. 2 pics - 148 Singapore dollar.

The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.
