In, Porto, we were staying in Gaia. Once we figured out that we had to be in the Porto side of the river, we found the red li e bus stop. We stayed on the bus for the entire ride and saw beautiful old and modern neighborhoods. We also drive along the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful. The six bridges cruis was on time, every 30 minutes, informative and smooth. Today we will try the blue line and will hop on it on the Gaia side of the river.

The perfect itinerary for exploring the region, offering a great balance of scenery, history, cuisine, and wine. Miguel was an excellent guide with extensive knowledge of the region that goes far beyond what you’d learn on any other tour; he’s very friendly and passionate about his work. The Porto Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was an absolute highlight of our trip! It’s by far the easiest and most convenient way to see all the major landmarks without stressing over navigation or public transport. The route covers everything—from the historic city center down to the beautiful coastal areas—and the audio guide provided great context and history along the way. The buses ran on time, the open-top deck offered amazing views for pictures, and getting on and off at key stops was seamless. Highly recommended for families or anyone visiting Porto for the first time!
