Friendly staff and comfortable, regular buses, which I enjoyed on both days. The app is really useful to see where buses are at any time. The time of arrival at the bus stop wasn't always 100% accurate, but it gave me a good idea. It would be great if the commentary could be updated as sometimes the person speaking sounded a little bored. But overall I would recommend this tour.

I took the tour on my scooter because I have limited mobility. Access and exit are easy through the exit door, where they set up a small access ramp, and as soon as you enter, there’s a spot reserved for wheelchairs. The rest of the tour is a pleasant experience accompanied by an audio guide; you use the headphones provided when you board the bus, and there are several languages to choose from.

Wheelchairs must be no larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high to board the bus. If unsure, contact the service provider.

Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.
