We had an awesome day in London starting with a walk to shard ... bit of nerves at first looking up , then into the lift ... exciting and still a bit of nerves but it was smooth and quick to get up . Everyone was super friendly, then we stepped out to see the city ... it was amazing . A really exciting experience to share with my fiancée & just amazing to look over London city from a Birds Eye view !

There are few directions to the tower's entrance, but once you've found it, the welcome and assistance are perfect, taking you to the 68th floor. At this point, you'll marvel at the breathtaking 360-degree view over London. Then take time to climb to the 69th floor on the roof terrace...

My experience was absolutely fabulous. The champagne experience is also a must! Taking the elevator can be scary, but once you reach the top the views are spactacular. So good, that you won't even want to leave. (P.S, watch out - you might leave the Shard with a gallery full of memories.)

This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.

Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.
