Very nice view from all 3 floors - 69th , 33th and 32 nd floor. If given a chance I would definitely go there again. Just wanted to say that I would have liked to go on the top floor which is for staff just to see the view from the top. Staff were friendly. I did have my tickets that were not scanning and I had to go to upstairs ticket office to get them reprinted. This took alot of their time but I managed to get it done. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Beautiful view.

The entry to the venue was very easy with friendly and welcoming staff. The staggered entry to levels 68 and above is ideal rather than having everyone stampeded through at the same time. We had the VIP booking with champagne which made the experience even more enjoyable while taking in the amazing views from all angles of the top floors. Would highly recommend and likely to return again in the future!

We had an amazing trip to The Shard in London! The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking. Great views, good souvenir photo book, included some info about the Shard, that was reasonably priced at £30. Pleasant helpful staff. Nice touch that an ice cream is included with a child ticket. A very good excursion.

From the extremely smooth ride in the lifts, to the expansive views availble over the city, the helpful staff and the ability to relax and enjoy the sceneary, this is an opportunity not to be missed. It was definitely worth it; the staff’s expert explanation was excellent. The Tower also offers a beautiful view of the Thames. We stayed there for a long time, and with the Tower in the background, we could clearly see the difference in elevation—the water rose about 7 meters. It was beautiful.
