Visiting the London Eye and SEA LIFE London Aquarium was a fantastic double Tokyo-day of iconic sights and immersive experiences. The London Eye delivered spectacular, panoramic views of London’s skyline—stunning at sunset and a photographer’s dream. The capsule was comfortable, the lines moved efficiently with pre-booked tickets, and the vantage points over Westminster and the River Thames were unforgettable. SEA LIFE London Aquarium offered a immersive counterpoint with diverse habitats, from tropical sharks to playful penguins. The exhibits were engaging for all ages, with informative displays and interactive features that kept the curiosity high. The location on the South Bank is ideal for a stroll along the river, with plenty of dining options nearby. If you’re planning a day trip, a combined ticket saves money and time, and you’ll get a well-rounded taste of London’s maritime and architectural grandeur.

I went with my wife and two kids at 6:00 p.m. to watch the London sunset from a bird's-eye view. The light gradually shifted from fading daylight to the city's night lights. It was quite a sight to see the places we've visited from such a unique perspective. Something I'll never forget!!... a wonderful memory!!

This was my first time booking through Headout, and everything went perfectly. The booking process was easy, and I had no trouble accessing the various attractions. The value for money was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

The acces to the Shard is very easy, though missing information about security check, the ride up with 2 lifts where smooth and the view is mind blowing - almost 360° view. Option of having memory photos taken, for a high price.

No issues / complaints whatsoever as far as dealings with Headout are concerned. The process for booking tickets for the View from the Shard was simple and user-friendly. Payment and delivery of tickets were efficient and trouble-free. The experience itself was a little disappointing, however. The Shard is an astonishing feat of engineering, and affords what should be remarkable views across London. However, the viewing platform on my visit felt over-crowded and getting the best views even briefly was made difficult by other visitors who were unwilling to move from the windows and give everyone the same opportunity. Venue management should consider either limiting the time visitors can stay as a way of managing numbers on the platform, or training staff in tactfully keeping visitors moving so that everyone gets the same opportunity to see / photograph what are rare and privileged sights. Staff at the venue were courteous and efficient in guiding visitors through security and up to the platform.

I loved quite a bit of the experience. What I didn't enjoy was the dingy drinks bar, with no hot drinks available on site whatsoever. The staff employed to take photos of the visitors during the experience were an absolute joke, they couldn't be less interested if they tried. No effort whatsoever was made to take a half decent photo. The entire experience seems to have gone down the pan since our last visit. And the penguin enclosure was woefully disappointing, I guess there are rules/ laws on the size allowed for the amount of penguins and I'm guessing it meets that criteria. But I have to say it was not pleasant to see.
