We thought this was one of the best experiences ever! We couldn't have stayed even much longer than the hours we did stay. It's awe-inspiring--the talent used to create this. It's wonderfully interactive for children; however, I think it would be challenging for children under about four years old because of the amount of time you need to spend in there to see and appreciate the entire of that there are a lot of flashing white in a lot of colors and changing scenarios and uneven surfaces, so it's just good to know what your own children might be capable of. The landscape around you is constantly changing. I laughed constantly in a room with big giant white balloons. I would decorate recommend adding this to any stay in Tokyo.

Visiting TeamLab Planets was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I had entered another world where boundaries between art and reality dissolved. Walking barefoot through water and immersive digital installations made me feel completely connected to my surroundings. The infinite reflections, moving lights, and living artwork responded to every step, creating a deeply personal journey. What impressed me most was the sense of harmony between nature, technology, and the human spirit. It was not just an exhibition, but a place where emotions became visible and dreams turned into space. TeamLab Planets is more than art—it is a memory that stays in your heart forever.

I had an incredible time at teamLab Planets Tokyo. The whole experience feels like stepping into another world, but two moments stood out for me the most: ✨ The beamlights installation – The way the light beams surrounded me was mesmerizing. It felt immersive and almost otherworldly, like being inside living light. 🌸 The orchid garden – Walking through the space filled with orchids was magical. The flowers seemed to float in the air, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and surreal. Everything flowed seamlessly from one installation to the next, and it’s definitely one of the most unique art experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo

I really appreciated how well thought-out exhibitions were — the exhibits were engaging and beautifully presented. However, I found that the large number of visitors made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. At times, the constant noise from shouting and people running around made the atmosphere feel a bit chaotic. I would suggest limiting the number of people allowed into each room at a time, or perhaps organizing visitors into smaller groups led by a designated guide. This would help maintain a calmer environment, ensure the exhibits are respected, and allow everyone to have a more immersive and enjoyable museum experience.

I had such an awesome experience with my family, it was a wonderful experience. I never imagined they could achieve something so spectacular, so full of color and sensory sensations. I felt like my imagination was blown away. Even my 74-year-old mother enjoyed touching, living, drawing every moment and feeling part of something incredible. It was her first time in Japan and I loved being able to take her to a place as magical as this! I wish we had this type of experiences in Mexico. We really love it !!!

I wasn't expecting to enjoy the activity but I was proven wrong. Stayed for a couple of hours to enjoy the exhibits and it was well worth the price. I would advice to book a reservation earlier though to lessen expense hehe. The activity is also good for solo travelers and not just for groups.

I recommend this activity, which appeals to many senses, especially with children. It becomes much more enjoyable from their perspective. It can get quite crowded in the afternoon, so I recommend going in the morning. Also, if you get a fast pass, you won't have to wait in a long line.
