We visited here on a recent weekend break - I had pre-booked tickets and didn't really know what to expect. On the day it was a glorious 28c and sunny, so being outdoors and wet was a bonus!!! We arrived and there were people being turned away as it was at capacity - though we were allowed in as pre-booked. Those turned away were told to wait and would likely be let in within 15 mins (it was 12:30pm) Withour tickets we got a wristband and a private changing 'cabin' we didn't realise at first we got one each - these are super handy as you can leave all your stuff locked in them. We had brough some snacks - but bought some drinks to go with them - we explored all the indoor pools first - looked at the beer spa and decided that may be a bit much!! but looked fun and clearly catering to the party crowd. Then we did the outdoor pools - the 'swimming pool' was closed for repairs but the two other pools were open and great fun. It was buzy but never felt too crowded - the capacity limit keeps it acceptable... A great day out we ended up leaving at 5pm. Note theres a metro stop outside - but we walked there and back about a 30 minute stroll.

During my trip to Budapest, visiting a thermal bath was one of the best experiences I had. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the pools were amazing. There were different types of pools with various temperatures, so it was easy to spend hours there without getting bored. The warm thermal water felt refreshing and helped us relax after walking around the city all day. The sauna area was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and gave the whole experience a luxurious feeling. What made the visit even more special was the social atmosphere. We met many friendly people from different countries and had enjoyable conversations while relaxing in the pools. It felt like a place where people could truly connect and have a good time together. I also thought the thermal hub was very safe and well-organized. The staff were helpful, lockers were secure, and the environment felt comfortable at all times. In my opinion, anyone visiting Budapest should definitely experience one of its thermal baths at least once. It is a perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and culture.

An absolutely magnificent and perfectly organized tour. The Hungarian Parliament Building is even more impressive in person than in photos. The architecture, the details, the halls, and the atmosphere of the place are truly breathtaking. The organization is excellent: upon arrival, the meeting point is clearly marked, ID checks are quick and smooth, and everything runs perfectly according to schedule. The audio guide is very well designed, clear, and interesting, allowing you to fully enjoy the tour without ever getting bored. The welcome is very warm, and everything is designed to ensure the tour goes as smoothly as possible. We particularly appreciated the site’s rich history as well as the beauty of the various rooms, each more impressive than the last. A must-see in Budapest, and one we’ll cherish as a wonderful memory.

We arrived around 11 a.m. on Friday; there was absolutely no line. We were able to walk right through everywhere with our online tickets. We had a private cabin, which was perfect for changing and storing our things. Despite the bad reviews we’d read, it was generally very clean. Of course, you’re bound to get some mold inside a bathhouse. But we didn’t find this bothersome. You do have to pay extra for the beer spa. All the loungers were pretty much full at that time, but we still managed to snag three. The cocktails are expensive but reeally good! Definitely recommend going here! You can easily spend a whole day here having a great time.

The tour is great. Their markup is minimal, and they even give you a discount on the second activity. I’d especially highlight the baths at the Széchenyi Thermal Baths—it’s a spectacular, spacious complex (I’d recommend the private cabin option). As for the Danube cruise, it’s a great experience and a great way to see both Buda and Pest lit up at night at the same time. I wouldn’t spend more than an hour on it, and as for the dinners and such, maybe it’s a bit much because you don’t really notice the sights if you’re having dinner or drinks.

I was a little worried because the confirmation form isn’t the same as having the tickets, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email the day before explaining everything I needed to do, where I needed to go—complete with directions—and that two Headout representatives would hand us the tickets at the meeting point. The two guys were quick and efficient, and they even gave us a set of instructions for the tour. I’m completely satisfied!

The thermal pools were very nice, the swimming pool was under renovation. We enjoyed the indoor thermal pool and sauna as well. Forgot to bring towels as we thought we could rent, only option was to buy a towel. Flip flops were also required but not available to rent. We had brought slippers from the hotel which were acceptable. A very nice experience. Arrived around 8am and left by 10am to avoid the crowds. Nice to have the private changing room where we could leave our bags locked up.

Beautiful outdoor pools with whirlpools and fountains, heated (32 and 38 degrees in May, but the temperature varies depending on the season and weather). The interior spaces are historic but poorly maintained (areas with peeling plaster and mold). Inside, there are many pools (no whirlpools) and two saunas. The showers are mixed-gender but have single doors. The changing rooms, showers, and restrooms are clean. I recommend bringing your own towel and slippers, as buying them on-site is expensive.

Even though the large pool was closed, what was available was more than enough for us. We arrived around 9 a.m. We got a spot with a changing room. They showed us around and explained how to use the wristband. There were no lines. There were plenty of free lounge chairs. People started arriving sometime after 11 a.m., but I wouldn’t say it felt crowded. Aside from the fact that some of the pools could use a little repair and a thorough cleaning, we basically liked everything.
