A wonderful experience at the Széchenyi Baths—a must-do during a trip to Budapest. The facility is large and offers several pools, both indoor and outdoor, with varying temperatures. The outdoor pools are definitely the most picturesque, and the atmosphere is truly unique. I recommend arriving in the morning, especially if you want to enjoy the baths with a bit more peace and quiet, because they get quite crowded as the day goes on. It’s a good idea to bring flip-flops and a towel; the changing rooms are comfortable and well-organized. Entry with the ticket purchased through Headout was simple and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant and unique experience, which I recommend including in your itinerary if you’re visiting Budapest.

A wonderful experience on the Danube We had a wonderful time on this cruise on the Danube. The tour was truly comprehensive, well-organized, and perfectly paced, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without feeling like we were running out of time. The cruise offers stunning views and lets you discover the landscapes and various places along the way from a different perspective. The organization was top-notch, with everything running smoothly and pleasantly from start to finish. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to explore the Danube in a pleasant and unique way. A cruise that’s definitely worth the trip—and one we’d love to take again!

We arrived in Budapest, and a day after seeing the main sights, we decided to go to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. We didn’t know how to book tickets, so we searched online and came across the Headout website. After reading several positive reviews, we decided to book our tickets through them. Everything was quick and easy, and the next day when we went to the baths, the codes they sent us worked perfectly for entry. All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this company for booking tickets. Thank you very much.

We visited the hungarian parlement with headout. The only function of headout is to provide you the tickets because at the parlement itself they are mostly sold out months in advance. The guides from headout (and also all guides from other organisations) are not allowed to come in the parlement. Every half our the parlement itself guides a group of exactly 50 people through the building. This works very well. So the only use of headout is to sell you tickets for three times the normal price, no more, no less.

Unacceptable, a terrible experience—no understanding at all for a 2-minute delay! 2 minutes—are you serious? There were 2 adults and 6 children in our group, and we arrived just 2 minutes late! The guide had already left; there was no understanding, no way to reschedule the tour for another day, no gesture of goodwill—just: “You didn’t follow the rules, so I left.” I will never book with this company again!

The place is magnificent and I enjoyed a relaxing day there. I arrived at midday and there were no sunbeds left in the whole place, but I found a single (last!) chair which was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the beauty of the architecture and the yellow facades around the outside pool area. What I didn't like was that I had to pay an extra 10 Euros, as the regular tickets were sold out.

I took a cruise on the Danube and also visited the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. The cruise was very pleasant and a lovely way to see Budapest from the water, and the thermal baths were just what we needed during the heat wave in Budapest. The indoor circuit is really long, and we loved the cold-water pools.
