A truly atmospheric and relaxing experience: the cruise allows one to see many of the city's major points of interest, which are even more fascinating in the evening, illuminated. The boat was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Only advice: it pays to arrive early, because the turnout is high and you may end up at the back of the line, with the possibility of having to sit inside instead of on the outside deck. Attention must also be paid to some sneaky people trying to jump the queue. The audio guide app, which is useful for following explanations during the tour, would need some improvement. Overall, however, it is a wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.

The cruise was very interesting but I did not feel there was much staff available for directions. For example, we had booked an audio guide but no one was there to give us directions on what to do to download it. Fortunately there were two Italian guys present, certainly more digitally savvy than us, who helped us download it. In short, perhaps the customer should be more pampered and taken care of. True, the cost was not high but that is not why the customer should be left to his fate. However, it was a nice cruise for what was seen. Budapest is indeed a beautiful city.

The baths were so warm. I really enjoyed the adventure pool with the swirly "lazy river". Didn't use the jacuzzi but many did and seemed to enjoy it. It was also nice to have lunch on the terrace. The wonderfully warm main "bath" I will never forget. It wasn't overcrowded and it was a great way to spend our last day before returning to the UK. Checked out of our hotel and with the aid of the cabin were able to store our luggage whilst enjoying the pool. A quick uber to the airport and we were on our way having had a wonderful restful day.

Night Cruise on the Danube A Romantic Dream on the Water Sailing along the Danube at night was like drifting through a fairytale. As the boat moved gently over the water, Budapest unveiled its most enchanting side. The Parliament glowed like a golden crown, the Chain Bridge sparkled with delicate lights, and Buda Castle watched over the city from the hill, bathed in a warm, magical glow. Every monument felt alive, whispering stories of history, love, and timeless beauty. The reflections danced on the river, and the calm breeze made the moment even more intimate. Surrounded by lights, water, and music, it felt as if time had slowed down just for us. It was a night to hold hands, to dream, and to fall in love with Budapest beneath the stars. This cruise is more than a tour, it is a memory etched in the heart. For couples and dreamers, it is simply the most romantic way to experience the soul of this unforgettable city.

Pleased we had a private cabin and a secure place to leave clothes and valuables. One thermal pool was closed, due to maintainance so it did get quite crowded in the other pool. Beutiful setting and a lovely way to spend the afternoon We did think we would be able to hire towels ,but had to buy towels &flip flops and you needed a swimming hat to swim in main pool.

Everything perfect and well organized !!! Nothing untoward to report. The tubs are kept excellently, the only advice: go early in the morning because then come a lot of people, even during the week--we went on Monday. I only recommend updating a few more hair dryers to dry your hair: it was only 1...

These thermal baths are magnificent: 19th-century architecture, hot, steamy water that envelops you, and a range of activities (sauna, hammam, cold-water pool...) to relax both your muscles and your head! A must! For a unique experience!
