It was a great experience—we spent 5 hours in the baths, moving from one pool to another with different temperatures, indoors and outdoors... it was amazing! A premium experience—highly recommended!

The spa is great, but in the premium area, the service was terrible; the staff—both at the bar and the person handing out towels—barely spoke and weren’t friendly; the fruit was on a plastic tray that they practically tossed at me on the counter—a Coke and a beer; for the cocktails, the girl just handed us the menu and wouldn’t explain anything, so we didn’t even bother ordering tea—we just wanted to get out of there. Everything else was great, but the premium experience wasn’t worth it at all.

We had the spa premium package it was wonderful to haveca change room that you leave your belongings in locked . We try and yravel litely so once again itvwas nice to have a towel robe & flip flops provided Spa was clean & the pools were great Only complaint we had was the ladies serving the cocktails & fruit bowls that came with the package
