The spa is great, but in the premium area, the service was terrible; the staff—both at the bar and the person handing out towels—barely spoke and weren’t friendly; the fruit was on a plastic tray that they practically tossed at me on the counter—a Coke and a beer; for the cocktails, the girl just handed us the menu and wouldn’t explain anything, so we didn’t even bother ordering tea—we just wanted to get out of there. Everything else was great, but the premium experience wasn’t worth it at all.

Bought Flavours of Joy package. Included was a choice of either fruit or cheese and ham. We were to,d by the Soa when we arrived at 9am that Headout had chosen us the fruit bowl. We didn't want that, we wanted cheese and ham! For the drinks we were supposed to have a glass of wine. We were told by the Spa that we could only have a cocktail not a glass of wine! We were totally mislead - what we thought we had paid for was changed by Headout! Not impressed. However, the Spa was brilliant - wished we had just bought the tickets on the day at the Spa's reception ! The private cabin was a tiny room approximately 1.5m x 1m.

We try and yravel litely so once again itvwas nice to have a towel robe & flip flops provided Spa was clean & the pools were great Only complaint we had was the ladies serving the cocktails & fruit bowls that came with the package

The bath exceeded our expectations. What an enjoyable day. It was extremely hot during our stay in Budapest and the baths were fun and refreshing. We opted for a private cabin snd the solarium with snacks and a drink. Al in all a great experience.

An amazing experience. Loved the Spa and having this package made the difference. Being able to use the PalmHaz was great, as was the fruit bowl. Having the robe, towel and flip-flops made it easier as a traveller not having to take thay with you.

The pools and saunas and the building itself need a serious renovation .one of the indoor pools has a very dirty floor which make the water a weird color . The upstairs spa was nice with the greenery . I enjoyed the thick white robe , the fresh fruit salad , the drinks were nice .

Check in process was very easy. The cabanas provided were very clean. Yes it's very busy, but certainly worth the visit. We upgraded to the premium pass which was definitely worth it. A great private space to chill and relax away from the crowds.
