Kick-start your adventure from the heart of Shibuya, driving straight towards Shibuya Crossing. Feel the adrenaline as you maneuver through the sea of pedestrians at this iconic intersection. From there, steer towards the streets of Harajuku, the fashion mecca of Tokyo. Pass by Harajuku Station, one of Tokyo's oldest rail stations, and head to Omotesando, often likened to Paris's Champs-Élysées before looping back to your starting point. Participants will need an International driving permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention to drive in Japan.

For Australian driver's license holders, you need to obtain an International Driving Permit from either AAA, NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, RACT or AANT before you leave Australia. Any other permits issued by other unauthorized associations are not recognized in Japan.

Participants with licenses issued from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco would be required to obtain a Japanese Translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).

Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or original country license and official translation for some countries) and original passport.

If you are in the US MILITARY you will be eligible to drive with either your SOFA (USFJ Form 4EJ) Permit or state-side license and Active Duty Uniformed Military ID.
