I had such an awesome experience with my family, it was a wonderful experience. I never imagined they could achieve something so spectacular, so full of color and sensory sensations. I felt like my imagination was blown away. Even my 74-year-old mother enjoyed touching, living, drawing every moment and feeling part of something incredible. It was her first time in Japan and I loved being able to take her to a place as magical as this! I wish we had this type of experiences in Mexico. We really love it !!!

The teamLab Planets experience was absolutely breathtaking! Walking barefoot through water and light installations felt like stepping into another world. Every room offered something unique — from floating flowers to endless mirrored spaces — creating an unforgettable, immersive journey. The staff were kind and organized, and the whole experience ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo — it’s a must-see for both adults and kids!

Great experience, well organised, lots of v impressive displays. Only negative is the person you have on the microphone for the display with the lights hanging from the ceiling. It is v loud and very annoying, totally ruins the ambience in there. Have somebody with a sign like in other areas to get the message across about not touching the lights. Other than that, a great day. Thanks

I’ve traveled to many places and experienced countless museums and immersive exhibits, but this one stands out as the most unique, fun, and exciting by far. The way it engages all your senses—beyond just sight—is creative, stimulating, and unforgettable. I didn’t want it to end! I wish there were more of these around the world. It’s imaginative, magical, and absolutely worth it!

A good friend of mine went here earlier this year and commented that it was worth it. The expedited entrance ran smoothly and quickly. Once inside you found yourself in a true oasis of tranquility. How beautifully nature is depicted and unimaginably beautiful art. Furthermore, it was fantastic how everything was arranged not a moment idea that it was super busy

What an incredibly fun experience, coming from someone who gravitates toward outdoor adventures away from crowds. But I had a smile on my face the entire time! It completely transported me into imagination and play.
  • Arrive with your skip-the-line ticket and head straight in—no waiting around. You’ll remove your shoes before entering and start exploring a space that blends light, water, and motion in unexpected ways. Each room is different, and you’ll move through them at your own pace.

    What to expect

Walk barefoot through water as digital koi swim around your feet. Move through mirrored rooms with hanging lights and navigate spaces where walls and floors react to your movement. Don’t miss Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers, where petals fall around you as you walk. Some areas are dark, others have knee-deep water, and you’ll need to stay aware of your surroundings. You won’t follow a fixed path—just explore freely until you're done.
