Thanks to Headout, I was able to visit St. Mark's without lines and with a very knowledgeable, clear, and helpful guide. Everything was perfectly organized, and the tour lasted just the right amount of time to take in all the information without losing focus. An experience I would definitely do again and highly recommend.

Everything went according to plan. The meet-up was at the scheduled time and place, audio headsets were handed out to hear the guide, and the guide provided detailed commentary both before and during the tour.

The tour and the information provided were very good. Lots of info. However, interior repairs were underway and sometimes the noise was a bit too loud. Lots of history and details about the frescoes. On the plus side, you gain a much better understanding of the schism between the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Constantinople. The interior lighting (for us around 11:00 AM) was limited. A tour better done later in the afternoon regarding the position of the sun??

The basilica tour was fantastic! A very knowledgeable guide with lots of interesting information. The skip-the-line tickets for the Doge's Palace and Museo Correr also went very smoothly. Only minor downside: nobody could help me with the ACTV pass, and there was no email or QR code to be found anywhere.

A very interesting tour, which started in the outdoor square with the history of the basilica and the events related to Saint Mark, and continued inside with an explanation of the scenes depicted in the Murano glass and gold mosaics on the walls and vaults, and the marble mosaics on the floor. Giuliano, the guide, was thorough, detailed, and very empathetic.

The experience went well even though we had booked an audio guide in French and it wasn't available. We were still able to visit St. Mark's Basilica with a guide, but in English (a pity that we don't understand enough English to have followed everything, but the gesture was there).

The people handing out the headsets are very kind and helpful. The tour moves very quickly. The guide is great; she has to rush through the church, but she stays calm and shares wonderful stories. She is approachable and very helpful to anyone with a less solid grasp of English.
