The audio guide did not take into account all the barriers and construction equipment in the basilica, we were not able to determine what we were supposed to be looking at due to large barriers in the building.

We particularly enjoyed our visit to the gallery and museum. The view from the balcony of St. Mark's Cathedral was also worth seeing. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. It rained heavily the whole day.

I don't understand how when you buy tickets online you have to go to an establishment far from the basilica to get a physical ticket (consisting of a paper cutout with a QR code which could easily be received by email).

The experience was great with very informative audio. Next time I might decide to go with a tour guide. The online ticketing was had to stand in line for quite awhile to obtain the tickets and QR code. Only one ticket agent working and many tourists hadn't bought tickets in advance and had many questions. You need at least two agents. 1 to purchase tickets and 1 for online purchased tickets.

I found the ticket very expensive for the visit. The ticket collection was close to our hotel but not right next to the square either. Overall ok but expensive.
