Doge's Palace was great. This was a self-guided visit, but with the use of the audio guide. The Basilica visit was supported by a tour guide, who was excellent. Her knowledge and explanations were great. I would definitely recommend this experience.

The building was absoluty beautiful. I recommend also getting the ticket for the museum inside that way you can also go upstairs and have a nice view.

It was very convenient to receive all the information and the ticket contactlessly; I didn't have to look for a separate meeting point. Unfortunately, it wasn't 100% clear that the museum and the loggia in St. Mark's Basilica were not included.

Convenient and quick to meet and enter with the guide who allowed the skip-the-line. I would improve the download guide so that it continues as the visit progresses so that it has a logical thread. I find the ticket a bit expensive, counting that the shovel is separate as well as the museums

We thought we had just purchased 'skip the line' tickets. We were told the rules had changed and everyone had to be on a guided tour. There was no queue for giving your name to get your ticket - just two people trying to deal with multiple requests and people pushing in etc. The guided tour lasted about 25 minutes - and we had to join the queue to get in - so not 'skip the queue'! The guide was good, but there was no opportunity to wander or view anything at leisure after the tour. You would have had to pay extra to go to the first floor. The queue itself was not that long at 10.30am on a Tuesday morning and we waited about 10 minutes to get in.
