It was very smooth, the staff were attentive and helpful! Quick and easy service! I think the only thing that could be changed is the delivery of the tickets, which don't need to be in person, they could have sent them by e-mail, but I still highly recommend it!

The only reason I couldn't rate this higher is because the elevator broke and we almost didn't get to go up. The view was AMAZING!! Totally worth it!

Ease of getting the ticket was great. Was not aware there was a $4 per ticket surcharge bs. buying on site. But I was guaranteed a time so I guess it was worth it.

Basilica has a lot of interesting features and history. The treasury was closed which is one of the main reasons we visited so that was disappointing.

It was absolutely amazing to see the inside of St. Mark's Basilica going from dark to being fully illuminated! The mosaics are simply breathtaking!
