Easy to find the group, the tour guide was lovely and engaged with the group well. The tour of the basilica was brief (20mins). We didn't go up to the second level for some reason and stayed on the main level only. Would have been nice if the guide allowed little pauses between areas to just take photographs as it can be hard to get good pictures while also listening and being respectful to the guide giving us information.
The second part of the ticket to the doges palace is self guided and was nice to do at our own pace. Don't skip the palace, it's stunning.
They have free audio guides available for download, download the app beforehand (MUVE app). They have lists on the app you can download so that you don't have to do it at the locations. Very handy.

We really enjoyed our visit to St. Mark’s Basilica. The church was absolutely beautiful, and our guide was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Doge’s Palace was also stunning and fascinating to explore. We especially enjoyed that the ticket included access to the additional museums, which were very interesting and added even more to the experience. Highly recommended!

After taking the water bus on the main canal we arrived at St.Marks. The Basilica was absolutely amazing and tour guide was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed this tour and also had a combo ticket for Dodge's palace and a couple other museums. Was an amazing day.

I took the bus from the mainland into Venice and then the water taxis/boats to Murano and Burano. The only confusing part was where to get the actual physical ticket. I just purchased a 75 minute bus ticket to get me to Venice, made my way to where the train departs and redeemed my ticket there. I think once you get it from the machine it is validated or it may need to be scanned on the machine to get validated. After that it works at the boat and bus booths. I chose to ride the bus over taking the train since it goes to the city center and there was a bus station right outside of my hotel. Phone maps have also become really easy to read to show when the next transportation should be arriving. In most cases both the buses and water boats were within 5 minutes of their arrival time every time! Only one time did I have to wait for another water boat but it was nearing late afternoon and everyone was heading back to Venice.IIvan L

Voucher for 9:30 leads us to one place, then it happens that we have to go to another one because meeting point was changed, and finally we were told that we missed the time slot! Slot recheduled . Attempt to visit Doge's palace and it happens that it is possible to do it only after 12:00PM! We had to change our plans on the run. Apart that these two sites are a "must visit" in Veenice.
