We didn't have to wait and just walked in whereas queue for ticket office was very long and not pleasant in 29c heat . St Marks basilica is an amazing place , well worth seeing and the view over St Marks Square is beautiful.

Skipping the line during the hot day - this is totally a blast! Venice is a pearl of Italy, but San Marco is even more "pearlier"!!!
