It was quick and easy with the ticket. The visits were worthwhile. We only had to pay for the visit to the upper area of St. Mark's Basilica. We hadn't realized this when we booked the tickets.

We didn't have to wait for anything but the entrance there costs only 3€. I would take it again to ensure the entrance without queues.

Directions and reminders were fab. Skip the line kind of worked well but we were still in a line for the audio guide which required me to leave my passport with them until the end of the tour which seemed very odd. Surprised there wasn't a guide book to purchase too. The Basillica is very beautiful, and a little over powering just because there's so much detail in absolutely everything to the point it's hard to take it all in. Great experience and worth the price.

All the golden details, the mosaics were incredible, with huge spaces, but the balcony with Saint Mark's horses was my favourite part of all. The view from the balcony is insane. We can observe the clock with the zodiac sings, the dose's palace, Saint mark's square and the campanile of Saint Mark. I could stay there forever

Tickets were easy to book and worth booking in advance. In both cases we were lucky in that it wasn't too busy so we could get a good look at everything. It also wasn't too hot so it was pleasant walking around.
