Had a great time at Universal with the family. The entire experience from beginning to the end was smooth. We got the standard tickets and then decided to get the express passes just in case the lines where long. We where able to get in the park early with it but we only used it in two rides which was Mummy Returns (highly recommend) and on Transformers which is also a great ride. Most of the rides only had a 10 minute wait time. They got lock boxes near most of the rides and a rain coat vending machine in the line for Jurassic Park. You'll get drenched depending on where you are sitting. I got drenched and the couple in front of me didn't get any water on them. The food and drinks are really expensive but that was already expected. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I finally went to Universal Studios Singapore, something we had been looking forward to since planning our trip to Singapore in 2024. From the very first ride until the last one, which was the Red Roller Coaster in the Sci-Fi area, it was nonstop thrill, excitement, and unforgettable moments. Every ride was an amazing experience that we will always cherish. While the food was just as impressive. Everything we tried was excellent, from the Minions-shaped chili crab mantou to the Shrek waffle pancake, each one was tip-top and something we would definitely order again if we return in the future. Overall, we absolutely loved the experience and made memories that will never be forgotten.

We arrived early (around 9am) and spent almost the whole day at Universal Studios Singapore. Although the official opening time was 10:00am, the park actually opened at around 9:45am, which was a lovely surprise. Being able to enter earlier made us very happy and helped us start the day in a relaxed and positive way. It was a long day physically, but surprisingly very relaxing mentally. What made this experience special for us was that there were attractions suitable for different comfort levels. I’m not someone who enjoys extremely intense rides, and I really appreciated that USS offers immersive, story-driven attractions that are exciting without being overwhelming. The food was another big highlight. Everything we ordered looked exactly like the photos on display — no disappointment at all. In fact, it was one of those rare places where the real food truly matched the pictures. What you see is exactly what you get, and that honestly deserves extra points. The park was very crowded and wait times were long, so we couldn’t try every ride, but we still managed to enjoy the ones we truly liked. It felt more meaningful to choose what suited us instead of rushing through everything. Overall, USS is well-designed, clean, and thoughtfully planned. It’s a great theme park not only for thrill-seekers and children, but also for adults who enjoy atmosphere, storytelling, and a balanced experience. Tiring for the body, but very rewarding for the heart.

I had such an awesome day at Universal Studios Singapore! The rides were super fun, the shows really entertaining, and each zone was so detailed—it honestly felt like stepping into a movie. The crowd was lively but not too packed, so getting around was easy and stress-free. My favorite part was definitely the roller coasters and all the themed zones—they were unforgettable. I've been to USS many times before and this trip was just as memorable. I was very pleased to see more additions to the park. This addition made this visit more exciting for there was more to experience. Since the expansion of minion land, it just makes the park so much more enjoyable. The Jurassic Park expansion was also a thrilling new adventure. I can't wait to come back again to enjoy the park and make more memories.

Good theme park, but attractions had long ques compared to the length of the rides. Could benefit from more interactive figures, like Agnes was in the Minion area. More walking around among the visitors.

It's recommended to wear light and comfortable clothes along with comfortable footwear.

Bring along your umbrella if you are visiting between Sept to Feb and an extra pair of clothes since there are a few water rides in the park.

What's not allowed

Skyline Luge

Children under the age of 6 years and under the height of 110cm are restricted from riding the Luge alone.

Children under the height of 135cm are restricted from riding the Skyride alone. The minimum height to ride accompanied by an adult is 85cm.

Universal Studios Singapore

Keep in mind food & beverages, production cameras, and drones are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Re-entry is not allowed.

Strict dress code: No costumes, full face makeup, full face painting, or masks are allowed in Universal Studios Singapore.

Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.

Skyline Luge

Children who do not meet the specified height requirements can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling ticket on the spot ($12 per ticket for unlimited rides).

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and covered-toe shoes.

For their safety, it is recommended children under 8 years old remain on the Jungle (Red) Track. Clear signage will help riders to identify the appropriate tracks.

Guests who book tickets online can redeem their vouchers at Skyline Luge Singapore 24 hours after purchase. You have a 30-minute grace period for redemptions. Delays beyond this will be handled at Skyline Luge’s sole discretion.

The Sentosa Line will be closed for maintenance between September 23 and October 4, 2024.

During this time, guests can take Sentosa BUS A to travel between Siloso Point to Imbiah Lookout.

Groups with tour bus to drive up/down to/from Mount Faber Park and enter via Sentosa Gantry between Sept 16 to 22.

During this period, the cable car will remain operational, but only one line will be available at any point in time.

The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to 8 guests.

Cable Car Sky Pass, Mount Faber Line, and Faber Licence ticket holders can upgrade one-way of their round trip to a SkyOrb Cabin for $15 at Mount Faber counters or online.

S.E.A Aquarium:

The S.E.A Aquarium will be closed every Tuesday and Wednesday from September 9 to November 20, 2024.
