What to bring

• Child Doubling ticket: If a child does not meet height rules and will ride with an adult, be prepared to buy a Child Doubling ticket at the venue.

What's not allowed

• Young children riding alone: Children under 6 years and under 110 cm cannot ride the Luge alone.

• Skyride height rules: Children under 135 cm cannot ride the Skyride alone, and those riding with an adult must be at least 85 cm tall.

Accessibility

• Pregnancy: Pregnant guests are advised not to take the Skyride or Luge and should plan their visit after the baby is born.

• Health conditions: Avoid the Skyride and Luge if you have a medical condition that makes injury more likely during this activity.

• Online ticket redemption: If you bought tickets online, you can redeem this voucher at Skyline Luge Singapore only 24 hours after purchase.

• Redemption grace period: You have a 30-minute grace period for voucher redemption, and further delays are handled at Skyline Luge's discretion.

• Children not meeting height: Children who do not meet height limits can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing a Child Doubling ticket on site.

• Young riders' track: Children under 8 years old are recommended to use only the Jungle (Red) Track, which is clearly signposted.

• Tracks guide: You can use the official track guide link provided in your voucher to choose between Jungle, Kupu Kupu, Expedition and Dragon trails.

• Facilities: You can rent lockers at the venue to store bags and valuables while you ride.

AltitudeX indoor skydiving 90-minute experience

What to bring

• Ticket voucher & ID: Show your mobile voucher and a valid photo ID or passport at AltitudeX check-in.

• Arrival time: Arrive at AltitudeX at least 1 hour before your scheduled flight time for check-in and training.

• Footwear: Wear sturdy lace-up sneakers that are suitable for indoor skydiving.

• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing and avoid dresses or skirts so the flight suit fits properly.

• Long hair: Tie up long hair securely before your flight so it fits under the helmet and goggles.

• Jewellery & accessories: Remove jewellery, watches and any loose accessories before flying.

• Glasses: Request special over-goggles at check-in if you wear prescription glasses.

What's not allowed

• Alcohol and drugs: You cannot fly if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

• Loose items: Jewellery, watches and other loose accessories are not allowed inside the wind tunnel.

Accessibility

• Age requirement: All flyers must be at least 7 years old on the date of the flight.

• Minors: Flyers under 18 years must have signed permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• Weight limits: Flyers under 1.8 m must weigh no more than 120 kg, and those 1.8 m or taller must weigh no more than 140 kg.

• Gear fit: Flyers must be able to fit comfortably into the provided flight suit and safety helmet.

• Pregnancy: Pregnant participants cannot take part in the indoor skydiving flights.

• Medical conditions: Flyers with past shoulder dislocations, back or neck injuries, or heart problems cannot fly.

• Casts: Flyers wearing a hard cast are not permitted to enter the wind tunnel.

• Meeting point: AltitudeX is located at 43 Siloso Beach Walk, #01-01, Singapore 099010.

• Late arrival handling: Late arrivals may be rescheduled and may be charged a per-person fee, subject to availability.

• Experience duration: The full AltitudeX experience, including briefing and flights, lasts about 90 minutes.

• Safety briefing: You must attend the preparatory safety briefing and flight training before entering the wind tunnel.

• Gearing up: You will put on a flight suit, helmet, goggles and earplugs before your skydive session.

• Flight sequence: Each participant takes turns flying in the tunnel with an instructor supervising closely.

• Certificate & photos: You receive a flight certificate and 2 digital photos after your flights as part of this combo.

• Lockers: Lockers are available for rent on site so you can store personal items during the activity.

• Transportation: Transportation to and from Sentosa is not included, so you must arrange your own travel.

• Pre-registration: All participants are required to complete pre-registration before their scheduled flight time.

• Skydive options: Your ticket includes 1 or 2 indoor skydives per person, as per option selected at booking.
