PárOverená rezervácia8/20264/5Martedì 4 agosto. Prenotato ed acquistati due biglietti per palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo. Arrivati, con sorpresa abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso in quanto il Santo Padre ha deciso di rimanere in giorno in più a castel Gandolfo. Ufficialmente sul sito dava come aperto e visitabile. La gendarmeria ha invitato a chiamare telefonicamente assistenza musei vaticani. I quali si sono dichiarati non di competenza in quanto biglietti erano acquistati con carta credito in precedenza con Headout. Sul vostro sito purtroppo non compare nessun telefono per informazioni ed assistenza. Dopo mie tre mail di richiesta rimborso, ed altrettante ( solo in inglese...) in cui si scusavano dell'inconveniente, e che si stavano infornando del motivo della chiusura, in data 16 é arrivato il rimborso completi sulla carta. A parte la mancata visita a, palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo ( sarà per la prossima vacanza a, Roma) che non dipendeva da Headout, tutto molto corretto e professionale . ... The other program "the big Garden by golf cars" (we bought tickets separatly from the Castle program) was wonderful with very kind and helpful guides. Castel Sant'Angelo
Explore the encased Hadrian's Tomb, once a tomb, and a prison -- now a museum. Explore the Pope's summer residence on the edge of Lake Albano -- the Apostolic Palace. This scenic spot overlooks the shimmering lake, with floral and green gardens built on the site of the ancient villas. Wander the palace and admire the Baroque-style ochre-colored houses coupled with those topped with pointed arches reminiscent of Medieval style. Head on to the Papal Villas of Apolistic Palace and admire the halls decked with tapestries depicting scenes from the Bible, as the portraits of past popes adorn the walls, their faces gazing down with a sense of wisdom and authority.
