Very convenient, easy to find. I've arrived at Narita airport and the buses are just outside the terminal. I did not wait too long as my bus was leaving 15 minutes later. Was droped at the Asakusa view hotel and my hotel was in the Area.

The process of accesing the QR code for the ticket voucher was seamless. Make sure to go to the correct ticket counter to get the ticket. (I stood in line at the counter that clearly said "No QR code", and I didn't realize until I was next in line, oops!) The QR code gave me a reserved seat on a specific Skyliner train. I had maybe 5 minutes to get to the platform, which was just enough time. However, if you think you need more time for whatever reason (mobility, restroom, food...), have the attend the time accordingly.

Coming in, without interent I couldn't provide the QR code. I suspect others have a similar proble. You should advuse people to bring a screen shot of the QR code the rest of your systems can then be streamlined. The rides themselves were terific.

We were told they would drop us at our hotel Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay, but when we got to the bus after our flight at 6.30pm they said they can't. Disappointing because we rang and bought our tickets online and was not told this. We are a Mother and daughter travelling and would have arranged a taxi, if we knew this before now. On bus now and not sure where we will be dropped off in the night.🙁

Ride was great, Bus was in schedule. Ticket was easy to purchase and schedule time for pick up. Estimated time to reach Narita was precisely calculated. Overall service was excellent as always being in Japan, I would say the best country where service is always excellent. Hope to visit Japan again!

Limo bus service was easy to find outside the Narita airport. Everything was very efficient! In no time we were at the Tokyo Station. We will definitely take this service the next time we are at the Narita airport.
